Your Role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Job Description

  • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Shopee Sellers
  • Constructing high-level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth
  • Educating Shopee sellers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
  • Negotiating deals with sellers and curating SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability of Tier 1 Brands in the category
  • Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g.: 9.9/11.11)
  • Working closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Sellers

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field; and experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Google Sheet is required)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs

As a Guru You Will Be Accountable For

  • Building strong relationships with business leaders and managers to understand their needs and provide HR support and solutions.

  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights that drive informed decision-making.

  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on partnering with business units to deliver HR solutions.

Job Description

Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely processing, accurate reports, and clear employee communication. Resolve payroll issues and work on implementing an in-house payroll system. Coordinate onboarding, ensuring documentation, equipment setup, and smooth integration of new hires. Conduct orientation sessions and handle administrative tasks like adding new hires to systems and calendars. Ensure timely and accurate employee registration, including expat registrations and employment agreements. Provide timely consultation on interaction with EPF, SOCSO, EIS. Manage offboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and handling all exit procedures, including asset return. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, processing claims, working with the accounting team, and maintaining compliance. Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR. Strong experience in payroll processing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Familiarity with HR compliance and labor regulations, particularly in Malaysia. Experience in managing HR administrative processes, including compensation and benefits. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving HR-related issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external providers. Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency. Benefits

This job is for a Senior HR Executive who oversees HR functions like payroll, recruitment, and employee records.
