Support the Global Strategic Product Team throughout all phases of the sales cycle, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic corporate sales goals.
Compile and manage Global lead pipelines, Target Global lead pipeline through various industry based reports including Forbes top 100 organisations, Fortune 500 and track progress through the sales funnel to ensure timely follow-ups and optimized conversion.
Provide operational support to Global Corporate Sales, assisting regional offices and stations worldwide in contract implementation, fare filing, e-Chamber processes, and other related administrative tasks.
Drive RFP submission processes, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, competitive, and customer-focused proposals that meet both internal and client requirements.
Generate regular performance reports for global accounts, offering data-driven insights to customers and internal stakeholders on account status, trends, and opportunities.
Identify non-performing accounts and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the Global Account Manager to align performance with targets and contractual commitments.
Proactively research and identify new industry verticals for business development, targeting potential global accounts that align with Malaysia Airlines' strategic growth objectives and contribute to a more diverse revenue mix.
Act as a custodian for all Global Accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery, relationship management, and adherence to global corporate sales standards and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support corporate sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support key corporate sales initiatives and projects, contributing to process improvements, new product development, and strategic alignment across global teams.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the Global Corporate Sales function.
Meet assigned portfolio revenue targets, to contribute to Global Corporate Sales network performance.
Product Development:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging industry trends, evolving customer needs, competitor strategies, and untapped business opportunities that support long-term revenue growth for Malaysia Airlines. Insights are also gathered through structured performance reviews, business reviews, and customer engagement sessions to ensure a holistic view of market dynamics.
Collaborate closely with the global sales team to refine and enhance corporate sales product offerings, leveraging intelligence from market research, customer feedback, and insights obtained during regular performance and account review meetings to drive continuous product and service improvement.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of product and sales strategies and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Qualifications & Working ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 3-5 years of working experience.
Areas of ExperienceExperience in supporting project management is preferred.
Experience in developing presentations, policies, and procedures using Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation and Pricing Support:
- Oversee and process spot freight rate requests.
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation for rate offers.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on all offers.
- Maintain and update regional quotation dashboards and monthly KPIs.
- Bid and Tender Administration:
- Provide administrative support for bid platforms when Tender Management is not involved.
- Ensure alignment with compliance/legal guidelines for bid responses.
- System and Reporting Support:
- Extract and consolidate reports from internal tools (Smart Hub, Creatio, operating systems) as required.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date data to support regional sales performance tracking.
- Contracts:
- Upload customer contracts and related documents into the legal system and work with sales reps to bring contracts to a close.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within the freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in administrative tasks and documentation.
- Proactive and highly organized with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
