GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER
As our business continues to grow and reach new heights, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop our external brand, employer branding initiatives and marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC. You’ll be working into our Business Development Director and working with our Managing Director to drive growth and presence for our business through tactical marketing initiatives.
ROLE DETAILS
MARKETING
- Conduct market research on competitors and prospects in APAC and EMEA (UK focus).
- Work with the revenue team leads to develop targeted marketing outreach strategies.
- Connect with prospective clients through networking events.
- Build relationships with media outlets through networking events, industry events and have a strong contact list you can reach out to.
- Design and implement a marketing plan for APAC and EMEA (UK focus) with input from the Business Development Director and Managing Director.
- Prepare pitch materials and presentations to attract new clients in APAC and EMEA (UK focus)
- This role is split approximately 80% APAC and 20% EMEA
CONTENT
- Great at long-form written content to support building the company’s brand through various channels.
- Build our social media presence by creating a content calendar of posts that are trending for marketing agencies and relevant to inhousing.
- Experienced at creating content (perhaps even a Creator in your own right) as this is a key part of the role
- Community management of the LinkedIn page
- Create a weekly 1 pager of what’s working, what’s not and recommendations
EMPLOYER BRANDING
- Work with the Talent Experience Director in strengthening employer branding.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of experience in either of these roles - Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Able to manage the process and people to deliver proposals and marketing deliverables on time.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and effectively navigate across various levels, roles and personality types easily.
- Strong communication skills are imperative as you will represent the company to senior stakeholders across APAC and EMEA.
- Experienced in using content creation tools (i.e Photoshop, ProCreate, AI tools) with a love for creating content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A positive individual who can motivate and inspire and doesn’t shy away from targets.
- High tolerance and appreciation towards ambiguity and change.
- First-hand experience in marketing for an agency is a must for this role.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of flawless execution and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Execute program strategies for new markets, program launches, and/or partnerships
- Implement marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels including social media, events, email, and content marketing
- Create and manage program webpages, event pages, social media content, scheduling, posting, and community engagement across multiple platforms
- Design, build, and deploy campaigns including segmentation, automation setup, and performance tracking
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Create marketing assets and collateral across formats—social graphics, email templates, web content, and print materials
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and maintain marketing dashboards and KPI tracking
- Manage marketing operations including asset organization, workflow coordination, and process documentation
- Support market research and competitive analysis as needed
- Maintain marketing technology stack and ensure smooth operation of marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within startups, venture capital, or creative agencies
- Proven track record executing social media and email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, community management, performance tracking, and compliance
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with excellent communication in English
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision, timeliness, and attention to detail

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams

Responsibilities:
- Define objectives for the Marketing function in partnership with the senior leaders of the organization and of the leadership team.
- Drive implementation/execution of Marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results as set on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Empower Marketing team leads across the business units to succeed in their roles and deliver commercial outcomes across our product suite.
- Empower our Local and Community Management teams to grow the addressable market for our products and the overall CoinMarketCap ecosystem.
- Instill a culture of practice, performance, and data orientation through consistent project management across social media, web, chat, content, and video assets.
- Support and enable the Brand and PR teams to tell a compelling and coherent narrative about CoinMarketCap and the role of the company and its products in the emergence of the decentralized web.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology, financial services, or fintech companies, of which 5 was focused on a leadership or management role in a Marketing function.
