Employee Lifecycle:

Management of Learning System (Cornerstone OnDemand, Objective, Change Note)
- Ensure the LMS system is managed and maintained as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to support all internal learning requests.
- Collaborate and assist with a variety stakeholder in implementing and using the LMS in their technical and functional activities.
- Run, collate, and provide other people reports as and when requested.
- Support Quality and Compliance audits for LMS related matters.
- Work with Quality and Compliance teams to identify Target audience and create groups in the Learning Management System, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
- Manage and maintain learning contents in LMS as per Training Matrix or change note requests.
- Complete Learning assignments as per Quality and Compliance and Global team requests

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- 1-2 years of related experience in HR support role (ie: HR Help Desk / HR Ticketing / HR Tier 1 etc/CSOD).
- Proficiency in German Language
- Experience in Workday or other HR Systems.
- A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand HR activities and processes.

The Associate is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, control and compliance in place.
This position reports to the Team Manager and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- To manage the end to end of accounts payable process which includes vendor master, invoice processing, payment run processing, month end task, GRIR and other AP tasks
- To understand the accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows
- To work closely with local finance team on account payables process, initiate process improvements and streamlining the process
- Managing ad hoc assignments
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation
- Good knowledge of ERP system, SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong negotiation & communication skills (reading, writing and speaking) in English and German
