Base pay rangeJob Responsibility
- Provide support to players in the gaming industry through chat, email, or calls
- Assist with account inquiries, in-game issues, technical troubleshooting, and billing questions
- Engage with gamers to deliver a positive support experience and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical or gameplay issues
- Malaysian citizen
- Proficient in Mandarin (Verbal & Written)
- Customer service background is an advantage
- PC gaming knowledge is required familiarity with gaming platforms, hardware, and terminology
- Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Training provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across i-Gaming products and initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Manage and monitor project timelines , ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and risks are proactively addressed.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
- Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements.
- Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in the i-Gaming industry .
- Proven ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively.
- Strong understanding of i-Gaming platforms, user flows, and regulatory considerations.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project or similar.
- Skilled in business process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Nice to Have: - Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
- Background in data analytics or SQL.
