About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Art Assistant to join our dynamic team at OPS PAPER PRODUCTS SDN. BHD.' in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. As an Art Assistant, you will be responsible responsible for the setup and repair of printing blocks in accordance with the Master Card.
What you'll be doing
- Perform incoming check for the Printing Block.
- Prepare film and set up printing blocks by according to the Master Card, ensuring accuracy in alignment, design, and specifications.
- Perform Block Setting and inspect printing blocks to ensure quality and minimize defects during production.
- Perform adjustments and repairs on printing blocks to achieve optimal print quality.
- Prepare Mock-up (Sample Carton) by using Sample Maker Machine.
What we're looking for
- At least SPM or Certificate in Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the design team
- A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually compelling designs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:- Class Prep & Cleanup: Help set up materials before class, keep the classroom neat, and assist with tidying after lessons.
- Student Support: Guide kids during lessons, encourage them, and offer help with basic techniques.
- Assist the Lead Teacher: Follow directions, support art demonstrations, and reinforce instructions during activities.
- Events & Exhibitions: Lend a hand during art shows, workshops, or studio events.
- Team Participation: Join teachers' meetings and weekly training sessions.
- Can speak Mandarin and English fluently.
- Are passionate about art, even if you're not a pro yet.
- Have experience working with kids (preferred, not required).
- Are responsible, positive, and patient — your vibe matters more than your resume.
- Are able to travel between branches (transport allowance provided).
- Minimum SPM/STPM
- Diploma in Early Childhood / Education / Psychology is a plus
- Must be available for weekend shifts

A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.
Perform cashiering functions in terms of product purchase by balancing cash registers.
Recommend and promote product or PLC membership sign-ups and renewals to meet customers' needs and objectives.
Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise.
Perform and maintain overall general housekeeping to ensure clean and safe environment for staff, customers and pets.
