Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of F&B projects from initial client consultation to final installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to design specifications, budget management, and client satisfaction while coordinating with various internal and external teams involved in the furniture and decor furnishing manufacturing and installation process.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Conduct initial client meetings to understand F&B project needs, design requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Present design concepts and furniture options to clients, addressing any concerns or modifications.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project scope, identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating issues.
  • Collaborate with design teams to finalize furniture layouts, specifications, and material selections.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate manufacturing of furniture according to project requirements.
  • Budget Control: Prepare accurate project estimates and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget deviations effectively.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with sourcing team. Ensure budget, quality standards & delivery timeline being communicated well throughout the vendors.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors involved in installation and delivery. (If project requires.)
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks with QA team during production and installation to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Site Management: Oversee furniture & decor installation on-site, coordinating with the installation team and ensuring proper placement. (If project requires.)
  • Conduct final project walkthroughs with clients to address any concerns and achieve project completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5 â 7 years of experience in the F&B furniture/ ID industry.
  • Proven experience in the F&B industry, with knowledge of furniture and decor design, manufacturing processes and material
  • Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, designers, production teams and vendors.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, design tools and project management applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer services. - Project Management certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
An Inside Sales Representative, or Salesperson sells products and services online or in a store

6 Months outbound experience (which means CS outbound, BPO, is acceptable)
Must be able to type in traditional mandarin
English interview will be included since computer interface is in English
Must be able to commit to shift
NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
Must complete assessment (Will be shared to cdd after screening process)

Job Purpose:

Lead the strategic development and market penetration of Mindray’s EMS solutions across the Asia Pacific (AP) region. Drive business growth by leveraging industry expertise, local partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Mindray’s position as a leader in emergency medical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy & Business Expansion
    • Develop and execute the regional business strategy for EMS solutions, aligning with Mindray’s global objectives.
    • Identify and prioritize high-potential markets (e.g., government tenders, private healthcare networks, NGOs) to achieve revenue and market share targets.
    • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: MOH, EMS providers, distributors, and international aid organizations.
  • Industry-Focused Business Development
    • Leverage deep knowledge of EMS/ambulance industry dynamics to position Mindray’s solutions
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including RFQ responses, contract negotiations, and sales support coordination.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and adapt offerings to meet regional regulatory requirements and clinical needs.
  • Local Team Enablement & Collaboration
    • Mentor and align local sales/service teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and customer success.
    • Collaborate with HQ product management to tailor solutions for Asia Pacific specific challenges.
    • Represent Mindray at regional conferences, trade shows, and government health initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Monitor regional market penetration, pipeline growth, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education & Experience
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in medical device/EMS industries , with 5+ years focused on markets.
    • Proven track record in selling high-value medical equipment/systems (e.g., ambulances, defibrillators, transport ventilators) to governments or institutional buyers.
  • Industry-Specific Skills
    • In-depth understanding of EMS infrastructure, ambulance procurement cycles, and healthcare funding models in Asia Pacific countries.
    • Existing network with the region’s health ministries, EMS agencies, or tier-1 distributors.
  • Leadership & Competencies
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate complex markets and “build from scratch” in underpenetrated regions.
    • Fluent in English (mandatory)
    • Strong negotiation, crisis management, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Following up on opportunities and quotations sent and converting them into paying projects.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.
