About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Advisor with a proven track record in early-stage capital raising. The immediate focus is to help close a RM100k bridge round to secure venue, anchor sponsors, and support early team hires.

Responsibilities

• Refine investor pitch deck, financial narrative, and exit path.

• Provide strategic advice on fundraising approach and valuation.

• Facilitate warm introductions to venture capital, family offices, and angel investors in Malaysia/SEA.

• Guide negotiation and term sheet process for bridge funding.

Requirements
