As a Full Stack Technical Lead , you will play a key role in designing and implementing solutions for our clients. This role requires not only deep technical expertise in full-stack development but also strong consulting skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver impactful results. You will lead development teams, ensure high-quality software delivery, and help clients embrace the latest technologies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Consultation:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations on solution design, architecture, and technology stacks.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technology transformations, from conception to deployment.

Technical Leadership & Development:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
  • Take ownership of the technical architecture and design decisions across both the front-end and back-end of client projects.

Full Stack Development:

  • Develop back-end services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
  • Integrate with third-party services and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and secure transactions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Lead project teams in agile sprints, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including business analysts, product managers, designers) to ensure the successful execution of client solutions.
  • Oversee the development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices:

  • Ensure the adoption of industry best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to maintain high software quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, incorporating new tools and frameworks into client projects when appropriate.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to communicate the value and impact of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience in consulting or working in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

  • Back-End: Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python, and RESTful API development.
  • Database: Experience with both relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Security & Performance: Knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques.

Consulting Skills:

  • Proven ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage and lead client-facing projects, with a focus on delivering results.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management
  • Plan, implement, and maintain all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and data centers.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in alignment with HQ policies.
  • Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies and frameworks based on local and HQ guidelines.
  • Monitor for and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with both local (e.g., PDPA) and global data protection laws, in alignment with Group IT governance.
  • Full Stack Development
  • Oversee frontend and backend application development across in-house and outsourced teams.

  • Strategic Planning & HQ Alignment
  • Align IT strategy with both local business goals and HQ digital transformation roadmap.

  • Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and KPIs to HQ and local management.
  • Team Management & Vendor Oversight
  • Lead and mentor local IT teams across infrastructure, development, and security functions.

  • Manage third-party vendors, negotiate SLAs, and monitor service delivery.

Education

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP/CISM, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Agile Scrum Master.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record in:
  • Infrastructure and network management
  • Cybersecurity policy enforcement
  • Full stack application development (.NET, React/Vue.js, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL)
  • HQ-level reporting and stakeholder management (preferably with Korean MNCs)

This is What You Will do in This Role:

  • Be part of a team designing, documenting, developing and delivering software products, specifically responsible for the following as appropriated by the Team Leader or Project Manager for that project:
  • Developing .NET C# software modules
  • Unit Test specification using test driven development (TDD)
  • Writing complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures with high performance
  • Functional and Interface Specifications
  • Integration of software components into Dematic warehouse systems
  • Attending site during software commissioning phases to ensure that integration testing and site acceptance testing is completed
  • Site Test Specification/Reports
  • Take a leading role in software documentation, development, configuration and testing on assigned projects
  • Participate in reviews (document, design, functionality and code reviews)
  • Agree time schedules for work with Team Leaders and Project Managers and meet these
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of software development processes
  • Training customers and key users on installed applications
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree qualifications or equivalent in Software or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of .Net 8 C# programming experience
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of design patterns including Singleton, MVVM, Event Driven.
  • Blazor ASP.NET WinForms and WPF GUI experience
  • React
  • Knowledge of Microservices and JSON/XML serialisation and transformations
  • Extensive experience in design techniques and tools as used in Software Development
  • Enthusiasm for .Net software development and innovation
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel
