Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Platform Front-End Developer to join our cloud product development team. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing user-facing components of our cloud platform, ensuring exceptional user experience and high-performance front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product teams and designers to deliver intuitive, responsive, and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development & Implementation:
Develop cloud product features based on Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and design specifications.
Translate business requirements into functional, high-quality front-end code.
Ensure developed features meet business needs and technical standards.

4. Performance Optimization:
Analyze and improve front-end performance using code splitting, lazy loading, and resource compression.
Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous optimizations.
Ensure fast page load times and seamless user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with front-end performance optimization tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in development tools including Visual Studio Code, GitLab, and Node.js ecosystem.

• Develop rich, interactive web applications using C# and the Blazor Framework

Your Qualifications :

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with .NET technologies.

Technical Skills

• Solid experience in C# and Blazor or other component-based frontend frameworks
• Understanding of WebAssembly and its practical applications
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
• Experience with Visual Studio and tools like Azure DevOps is a plus
• Exposure to DevOps practices , build pipelines , and configuration management
• Testing knowledge with TDD and frameworks like NUnit , xUnit , or similar

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors such as SASS or LESS
• Experience analyzing and debugging production incidents

We're looking for frontend engineers who are passionate about delivering excellent user experiences across AEON Bank’s customer-facing web platforms. You’ll work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on modern frontend technologies and best practices. Your work will help shape the digital face of the bank. Key Responsibilities Build, test, and maintain scalable, secure web applications using React and Next.js Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences Write clean, performant, and maintainable code following best practices Contribute to reusable UI components and help evolve our design system Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Support and improve CI/CD processes for efficient and reliable delivery Help integrate CMS and other backend systems into the frontend experience Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 4+ years of experience in frontend development Strong experience with React.js and Next.js Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) Experience working with design systems and building reusable UI components Knowledge of Agile methodology and modern development workflow Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. Exposure to AWS and CMS integrations is a plus Seniority level
