Responsibilities- Manage and Advocate Food Safety Programs: Oversee and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
- Lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the site’s food safety and sanitation, and environmental microbiological monitoring programs.
- Supervise microbiology laboratory operations, including testing programs, equipment, consumables, and data reliability.
- Advocate food safety best practices and provide guidance to the team to maintain program effectiveness and adherence to policies.
- Work independently to identify and resolve food safety risks, ensuring proactive mitigation.
- Manage Pest Control Programs: Oversee the site’s pest control program, including scheduling, monitoring, and corrective actions.
