Job Description
- Personal Hygiene operator â Check and update body temperature and PPE.
- Conduct lab analysis & verification of product quality (pH, brix, salt, viscosity, appearance & taste.)
- Calibration of metal detector.
- Metal detector checking on finished goods.
- Daily checking for weighing scale.
- Ensure overall GMP and GHP in the production area is complied by all operators (all colour coded items are correctly used etc.).
- Oversee all processing, cooking, packing in production.
- Ensure all production forms are filled-up by operators accordingly (checking CCP are recorded and met by operators during the cooking process).
- Random checking of packaging, sealing.
- Checking the labeling of products.
- Check the temperature of the product during loading for delivery and fill the customer distribution form.
- Check and verify records for blast freezer and daily temperature monitoring (Cold storage).
- Receiving or Incoming checking of raw materials. Also, to update the receiving date of raw materials in each storage.
- Ensure a proper segregation of items in every storage (Allergen & Non-allergen)
- Incoming documentation checking and filing for DO/Invoice of items received.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- SPM Level / Any certificate with food industry background.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Hygienic & tidy.
- Good in written & verbal communication.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project Engineers to ensure successful execution and handover of Capex projects to Production and Maintenance teams.
- Manage and communicate updates on the Site Master Plan and Capex projects to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support Procurement with technical input on designs, capabilities, and specifications.
- Identify, plan, and lead projects of varying complexity using structured Project Management methodologies.
- Define team roles, responsibilities, and expectations; coordinate with Site Support, EHS, and Plant Engineering for safe and timely execution.
- Develop and implement standardized practices for Capital Project execution, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience as Project Manager.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in capital finance and project management, along with solid technical engineering skills in both electrical and mechanical design.
- Good understanding in DOSH and OSHAS standards
- Preferably from Food Manufacturing experience.
- Good communication skill in English.
Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
