- Prepare daily revenue report for the Director of Finance / Financial Controller.
- Ensure that all concessionaires' revenue is reconciled and recorded accurately.
- Check the Room Rate Discrepancy Report to ensure that all rate changes, upgrades, etc. have been properly authorized.
- Ensure that the Room Status Discrepancy Report is printed twice daily, and any exceptions noted are reported.

+ Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence.
+ Guide team members in reaching sales and market share goals.
+ Plan and execute field marketing and customer engagement activities.

+ Manage contracts and tenders effectively.

**Job Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
+ Preferably 2-3 years of experience managing sales teams in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven track record of meeting sales goals and deadlines.
+ Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
+ Skilled in sales planning, client relationship building, and presentations.
+ Must have a valid Malaysian driving license and own a car.
+ Willing to travel frequently (over 75% travel required).
