    Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in proven project management including implementations in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project management including Agile certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience in managing teams and motivating team members.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.

This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (internal and external).
  • Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and executives.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and project roadblocks proactively.

Budget & Resource Control:
  • Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Optimize resource allocation (personnel, tools, and materials).

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Follow organizational processes, industry regulations, and best practices.

Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain project documentation (charters, schedules, change logs, etc.
  • Prepare post-project evaluations and lessons-learned reports.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Building, Architecture, Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: (X) years of project management experience in fit-out project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools

Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Multilingual or global project experience.

Work Environment:
  • Internal fit-out within the live building.
