The Financial Systems Developer I will be responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and development of financial management systems. Build, support, and enhance applications within one or more of the Financial Systems platforms which include IBM TM1, Controller and Business Intelligence (BI); Pega BPM; .NET. Maintain and enhance as needed the data architecture used by Jabil systems to ensure proper data integrity. This includes maintaining data hierarchies and business rules in alignment with organizational needs and applicable regulations or internal controls. Execute and/or support the extract of data from ERP systems worldwide as applicable to the organizational needs. ERP systems may include SAP, SAP HANA and others as needed. Assist with the weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reporting within systems. Maintain and enhance production reporting for Jabil applications. Maintain and enhance user and administrator level documentation related to Jabil applications and templates. Train end users on functionality of Jabil systems and partner with user community to continually enhance the system capabilities. Able to work non-standard hours. Travel may be required. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Baseline understanding of one or more of the following (or similar) applications desired, but not required: TM1, PEGA, Cognos Controller and/or Cognos Analytics Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. Presentation skills appropriate for all levels of management. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. About The Role

Globally facing role, responsible for Advisory segments Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting and any ad-hoc / special projects for the Business.

What You’ll Do

• Support monthly and quarterly review of subsegment results, including P&L, capital, KPIs, Capex, and Spend based on performance targets and objectives set by Segment FP&A, providing commentaries.

**About the Role**
+ As a CBRE FP&A, Analyst, you will be responsible for GWS subsegments Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including but not limited to annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, management reporting and any ad-hoc / special projects for the Business.
+ Support the TM1 data needs of the business (FMC creation, general TM1 support initially)
**What You'll Do**
+ Manages the annual Budget process from facilitation of Data Collection to eventual review and analysis of P&Ls. Also manages monthly / quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes.
+ Supports Finance teams through periodic training and update on systems / platform processes.
+ Establishes overall departmental priorities and ensures that all deadlines are met.
+ Support and manage FP&A finance tools; follow-up with checks to ensure smooth forecast, budget, and month end process. Example:
1. Set up new finance combos when they appear in the actuals, provide exception report forFP&A to confirm org location,
2. Add/update a new finance combo when requested by the business
3. Update OpEx rulebook when new FU is set up, update mapping from ERP to P'Soft
4. Manage TM1 combos, opening/ closing the tool
5. Testing of TM1 budget and forecast changes
**What You'll Need**
+ Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

We protect brands of companies and communities by proactively advising on exposure to fraud, corruption, money laundering and other financial crime issues. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced manager with a strong background in data modelling, data integration, systems implementation, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in financial crime systems implementations, database management and integration, and ETL processes, with experience in the financial services industry.

The nature of the work we do includes:

• Manage the technical aspects of a financial crime system implementation throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment and post-implementation support, including:
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and issues that could impact project timelines, scope, or quality. Develop and implement strategies to address technical challenges effectively.

Requirements
