Job Summary
The Financial Systems Developer I will be responsible for providing ongoing support, maintenance, and development of financial management systems.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to align with the corporate financial objectives, facilitate strategic initiatives, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and investors.
• Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/financial/accounting functions inclusive of Financial Planning, Budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.
• Carry out financial analysis and offer professional opinions and investment advice.
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance.
• Oversee cash flow projection of the company to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
• To develop internal control activities as well as corrective actions to minimize risk that possible can impact company’s financial status and business sustainability.
• To establish operational budgets and manage company cash flow.
• To ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved.
• Responsible to source for fund raising in project funding, evaluate and apply for financing and loan instruments.
• Establish & Maintaining relationship with both internal & external partners and stakeholders (e.g. management, auditors and banks etc).
• Perform Ad-hoc projects, analysis and forecasting related to accounts activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• A master’s degree or ACCA/CPA certification are preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong bilingual skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot Table).
