As an Financial Compliance Authorization Analyst you will:
Ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAPauthorization concepts. Support SAP end- users with resolving arising authorization issues. SAP access management support for missing or locked users. Access management support in case of missing role / job function assignment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow-through, and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Expertise is SAP security management, coordinating and implementing SAP authorization development in accordance with user roles and segregation of duties responsibilities.
Collect all relevant information for raised issues, analyze root cause and propose solution to 2nd Level Support if needed. Raising requests to 2nd Level Support for user creation / unlocking / change of user parameters
Contribute to the continuous improvement processes which also reflects your personal mindset. High commitment to maintain / improve service levels. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall Internal Controls organization and broader business. Problem solving root causes collaboratively. Critical thinking and problem solving that result in process improvements
First point of contact for key stakeholders, ensure collaborative relationship. Regular operational reviews with stakeholders for own area. Contribute to develop Customer Satisfaction on a cross-functional level
What can you bring to our team:
Bachelor's degree in a business or IT related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Science, etc.)
3-4 years of SAP experience (preferably in a consultant and/or helpdesk role)
Strong knowledge in the area of (SAP) authorization and access management and GRC tools, based on business process management or IT experience and expertise
Proven customer-centric mindset (internal and external). Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Very good skills in English and in international & intercultural collaboration. Ability to work independently and proactively
Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - work according to and brings in agile mindset concept in daily operations. Good collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good administrative skills. Interest to gain experiences in SAP Security and SoD compliance, and a good team player.

ASPIRE is a multi-year program that will define, design, and deploy Future ERP solutions based on SAP S/4 HANA and other cloud/on-premise technology platforms. The program will enable simplified, standardized, and harmonized global business processes by capitalizing on SAP, Life Science Industry and Roche effective practices . What you will do
You act as a Deployment specialist as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of Financial Compliance (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Financial Approvals/Delegation of Authorities) for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/ EMEA/ NA/ LATAM region. Following tasks are part of the deployment activities: Preparation and leading of FIT-to-Template (assessment of the current business processes compared and aligned against the future Aspire Global Template) and scoping workshops for Financial Compliance
Liaising with local affiliate Finance stakeholders for the implementation of Financial Compliance requirements
Assessment of localization requirements for ICFR and financial approvals
Contribution to Change Impact Assessments
Execution of Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) for financial approval requirements
Preparation and execution of Key User / End User training activities
Go Live & Hyper care (incl. Month end closing) support
If applicable, provide input to adapt the future state internal controls' framework, structures and requirements of the Roche Super Company in close alignment with the respective functional streams of the E2E business process R2A, D2P, MP2C, P2RFA, P2DP and the Financial Compliance global GT team.
Create, align and deliver Project documentation according to the defined ASPIRE PMM.
Ensure template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept
Who you are

Possess a university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is an added advantages.
5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance, Demand to Pay and/or internal controls (ICFR)/Audit.
Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the Finance functional area
Strong Project Management, business partner management, communication and change management skills. Experience in Agile Project Methodologies is a plus
Ability to identify, drive and/or participate in implementing process/control improvement activities based on very good knowledge about Finance business processes
Strong people skills are required as the role is highly consultative, interacting with staff at all levels across an organization
Awareness and ability to lead and work in multicultural teams
Proficiency in English and Japanese is required as the role involves supporting our counterparts in Japan.

Job Purpose:
The Head, Financial Crime & Compliance is responsible for leading the company’s efforts in mitigating regulatory, AML, and financial crime risks. This role ensures robust compliance frameworks, monitors regulatory changes, and provides strategic guidance to senior management and business units to uphold the highest standards of compliance and governance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess regulatory risks associated with the company’s business activities.
- Perform reviews to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls implemented by business and support units to manage regulatory compliance risks, and promptly follow up on any deficiencies and remediation plans.
- Develop, implement, and review compliance policies related to digital payments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks, communicating their impact to the company.
- Lead the development and execution of the annual Compliance Plan.
- Report compliance, governance, and AML-related issues to senior management, proposing solutions to address them.
- Oversee the AML team in performing AML-related tasks, including name screening, transaction monitoring, and reporting.
- Support business units in securing regulatory approvals as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit findings within agreed timelines.
- Prepare compliance risk reports, including risk assessments, non-compliance incidents, corrective actions, and impact analyses.
- Advise senior management and business units on compliance, regulatory, and AML requirements, keeping them informed of developments and assessing their impact on the company’s risk profile.
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Disseminate compliance and regulatory updates across business and support units.
- Manage the compliance department’s budget effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of compliance experience, preferably in the financial sector, with a focus on financial crime, AML, and regulatory risk.
- Strong knowledge of financial sector laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
