We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our growing manufacturing team for a Finance Department in the following roles:

- Accounting Executive
Manage and execute all financial and accounting operations for our Malaysian entities. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, audit coordination, cost verification, credit and fund management, and risk mitigation — ensuring financial stability and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute financial statement preparation and review of accounting vouchers.
- Oversee and coordinate external accountant audits.
- Perform cost verification and prepare monthly/quarterly management reports for internal decision-making.
- Control credit lines and financing operations with Malaysian banks.
- Plan and manage daily and long-term fund allocation and dispatching activities.
- Manage and execute foreign exchange hedging operations to reduce financial risk exposure.
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS Office).
- ERP system knowledge is required — experience with SAP is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations and banking operations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Manage and execute import/export declaration processes and bonded warehouse operations. This role is crucial for ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and supporting smooth cargo transportation for domestic and international shipments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute import/export declaration operations in accordance with customs regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for customs clearance.
- Oversee customs bonded operations to ensure compliance with bonded warehouse policies.
- Maintain up-to-date customs inventory records and execute periodic customs audits.
- Evaluate and arrange customer shipment schedules and transportation plans to meet delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with forwarders, transport companies, and internal departments.
- Conduct regular customs inventory checks and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports required by customs authorities and internal audit teams.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor related to logistics and customs.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy / professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA) with at least 8 years of relevant working experience Profound knowledge of accounting standards Experienced in cost performance controlling is an added advantage Excellent English communication skills as well as good presentation abilities Team player with strong analytical and communication skills Independent and organized who is able to work within timelines Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with non-Finance professionals Experience / knowledge in MS Excel, SAP Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tool The capability to handle and solve complex problems and to provide solutions
