Lead the digital transformation of finance operations across a $35B global manufacturing group. You'll architect and ship data products that transform how 120+ companies manage financial operations, moving from fragmented systems to a unified, real-time platform that powers critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance leadership to reimagine financial processes through technology
  • Champion digital solutions by demonstrating value through pilots and quick wins, not enforcing compliance
  • Build and launch finance modules iteratively (Reconciliation, AR/AP, Reporting)
  • Navigate stakeholder resistance by making your products so useful that teams choose them over existing processes
  • Bridge finance and technology teams to deliver solutions that work for both
  • Transform financial operations into scalable digital products that establish patterns for enterprise-wide adoption

You're Perfect If You Have

  • Experience implementing data or business intelligence initiatives or B2B data products at agriculture or manufacturing companies, with the finance teams as the end user
  • Finance fluency - understand the finance domain without being trapped by traditional approaches
  • Understand SAP modules (FICO/MM/BW) and ERP data structures
  • Change management skills - proven ability to win over skeptical users through product-led adoption
  • Builder mindset - can prototype solutions quickly while planning for enterprise scale

Nice to Have

  • Curiosity about data challenges beyond finance domains
  • SQL skills and experience working directly with financial data

Get to know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, this role will be contributing to maintaining and enhancing Grab’s financial systems controls processes and documentation. You will lead Grab’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and will be ensuring that any newly implemented applications have the appropriate controls embedded to meet our defined policies.

This role will be based in Malaysia and onsite.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive GRC framework aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct IT risk assessments; identify and assess IT risks, evaluate countermeasures and recommend effective controls to mitigate IT risks.
  • Manage Grab Finance Systems security access and controls and the yearly User Access Review.
  • Assist with the management and coordination of audits (e.g. IT SOX) and collaborate with various departments, including IT, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive GRC practices.
  • Monitor IT risks, map risk profiles and manage the IT risk register.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to promote and uplift the IT Risk Management culture.
  • Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Review and assess IT Implementation to ensure IT Project Governance / IT Security is adhered to the organization policies.
  • Review of the results from testing and the training of a wide range of stakeholders. The governance and monitoring of financial application controls.
  • Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.
  • Collaborate with Product and IT teams to assess and monitor data security and compliance measures based on project requirements and regional regulations.
  • Perform ad-hoc independent thematic reviews on IT processes to uncover issues and follow through with the remediation action plan.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 8 years in managing the controls and documentation of financial applications.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry standards (e.g., COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001).
  • Strong experience mainly in Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Similar experience in other financial systems is required.
  • Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. configuration and development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within Financial ERP space.
  • Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP from a Controller perspective.
  • Strong communications skills with ability to build strong relationships and trust with mid-senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Experienced in managing internal and external auditors asks for relevant finance processes and governance requirements.
  • Experienced implementing SOX compliance & audit controls for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management).

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud and EPM.
  • Knowledge of CyberArk system or other Identity Security systems.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA are preferred.

  • You will furnish support to Finance users on system-related issues, including system setup, data migration, report building, and minor enhancements.

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) aims to be a technology leader that provides predictive and seamless experiences to all Grab employees (Grabbers). Reporting to the Senior Systems Analyst, Finance Systems (TMS), this role will primarily focus on supporting our Treasury system. In addition, the successful candidate will provide expertise and collaborate with other groups to support the assessment and delivery of enhancements, projects, and ongoing support. Candidates should possess experience in managing system support and change request enhancements within Kyriba system landscapes. The following Treasury processes should be covered, but are not limited to:

  • Bank Account Management
  • Cash Forecasting and Management
  • Cash Investments
  • Debt Covenant Monitoring
  • Internal and External Funding Management
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) Execution (FX Spot, Forward, Swap, Option, and NDF)
  • Inhouse banking
  • Payments

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Support users in their day-to-day system issues and work within our agreed SLA
  • Document SOP processes based on ticket resolution and RCA
  • Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.
  • Participate in the delivery, support and testing of the Treasury System enhancements, upgrades and projects
  • Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs.
  • Make recommendations of configurations and deployments lifecycles to ensure project's success.
  • Be a driver of change for Finance, Treasury & GTS to continuously improve our ability to serve Grabbers; includes identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle or new relevant releases in platform offerings.
  • Experience working within a finance environment, delivering with quality but in a high pace environment.

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

  • A minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems (TMS)
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing a comprehensive understanding of Kyriba modules and capabilities
  • Proficiency in key treasury processes, including:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant to join our team. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive SAP functional expertise in the areas of finance and controlling. Your primary goal will be to analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure SAP systems, and ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP FICO modules within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and requirements in finance and controlling; convert them into functional specifications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend SAP FICO best practices and solutions tailored to business needs.

  • Configure and implement SAP FICO modules including:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Asset Accounting (AA)

    • Cost Element/Center/Profit Center Accounting

    • Internal Orders

    • Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)

  • Perform system testing, create test scenarios, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.

  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to support knowledge transfer and system adoption.

  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization.

  • Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party applications.

  • Stay current on SAP developments and propose innovative improvements to enhance business performance.

  • Participate in SAP project planning, estimation, and execution in coordination with cross-functional teams.


What you need to be successful


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

  • Strong knowledge in SAP configuration and customization across all FICO sub-modules.

  • Solid understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.

  • Experience in business process analysis, functional design, and solution delivery.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience with banking integrations, Host-to-Host bank connections, BCM (Bank Communication Management), APM (Advanced Payment Management) is highly desirable.

  • Basic understanding of SAP FICA (Contract Accounting) is a plus.

Senior Application Support Specialists will report directly to the Support Manager for Finance Systems. Their primary responsibility will be operational support for Finance applications, solving incoming issues to ensure swift and efficient resolution.

This role will be based in Malaysia and onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will furnish support to Finance users on system-related issues, including system setup, data migration, report building, and minor enhancements.
  • You will provide third-level resolution, preparing technical documentation, system manuals, and procedures.
  • You will offer technical assistance during Month-end/Year-end activities and support Finance and Procurement modules.
  • You will perform root cause analysis for high-severity incidents and problem tickets.
  • You will ensure solutions align with business needs and requirements.
  • You will monitor Extract, transform, and load (ETL) jobs and interfaces using automated monitoring techniques.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum of 6 years in a senior role working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tables, views, and setups.
  • Knowledge of Oracle technologies: OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle BPM for Cloud ERP.
  • Familiarity with Oracle tools such as ADFDI, SMARTVIEW, FR Studio, BPM Workflow.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion integration with third-party applications.

Get to know the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Systems, this role will be contributing to maintaining and enhancing Grab’s financial systems controls processes and documentation. You will lead Grab’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and will be ensuring that any newly implemented applications have the appropriate controls embedded to meet our defined policies. Experienced candidates who have played a part in managing Financial Systems’ risks, controls and security for global organizations should apply here! This role will be based in Malaysia and onsite. The Day-to-Day Activities Develop and manage a comprehensive GRC framework aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct IT risk assessments; identify and assess IT risks, evaluate countermeasures and recommend effective controls to mitigate IT risks. Manage Grab Finance Systems security access and controls and the yearly User Access Review. Assist with the management and coordination of audits (e.g. IT SOX) and collaborate with various departments, including IT, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive GRC practices. Monitor IT risks, map risk profiles and manage the IT risk register. Identify and implement initiatives to promote and uplift the IT Risk Management culture. Identify gaps in processes and make sound recommendations to stakeholders. Review and assess IT Implementation to ensure IT Project Governance / IT Security is adhered to the organization policies. Review of the results from testing and the training of a wide range of stakeholders. The governance and monitoring of financial application controls. Identify and support auditing needs e.g. reporting and making sense out of logs. Collaborate with Product and IT teams to assess and monitor data security and compliance measures based on project requirements and regional regulations. Perform ad-hoc independent thematic reviews on IT processes to uncover issues and follow through with the remediation action plan. Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need Minimum of 8 years in managing the controls and documentation of financial applications. Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and industry standards (e.g., COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001). Strong experience mainly in Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Similar experience in other financial systems is required. Strong and deep knowledge in change/enhancement requests lifecycles e.g. configuration and development, SIT/UAT, release packaging/management within Financial ERP space. Ability to make sense and detect impacts e.g. if enhancements are made to a process, what other processes/data points are impacted in ERP from a Controller perspective. Strong communications skills with ability to build strong relationships and trust with mid-senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments Experienced in managing internal and external auditors asks for relevant finance processes and governance requirements. Experienced implementing SOX compliance & audit controls for financial and planning systems (e.g. Change Management, Release Management). The Nice-to-Haves Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud and EPM. Knowledge of CyberArk system or other Identity Security systems. Professional certifications such as CISA are preferred.
