General Purpose:
Support financial operations related to the India market by managing daily finance-related interactions with local depositors and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). This includes strong reporting, reconciliation, and communication skills, especially in Mandarin and English. The role will be based full-time in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Specific Objectives (first :12 months):
- Establish smooth communication and collaboration channels with PSPs and local depositors serving the India region.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, tracking, and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.
- Support transaction monitoring and documentation processes for India market operations.
- Assist in streamlining payment and settlement processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain clear records and communication logs with internal and external finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the regional operations and finance teams to support audits and compliance checks.
- Liaise with India-focused local depositors and PSPs for daily transaction coordination.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze Excel-based financial reports and data summaries.
- Track, reconcile, and report on payment flows, balances, and discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for all financial interactions related to the India market.
- Monitor the accuracy of financial data entry and ensure adherence to reporting timelines.

Key Competences:
- Fresh or 1-3 years experience in finance, operations, or payment coordination roles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
