In your new role you will:
- Responsible for financial forecasts, including yearly target setting, reporting variances and controlling of performance for Maintenance Cost to meet target
- Responsible for tool count reporting for maintenance cost controlling purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Finance and Controlling Specialist with approximately 10 years of experience in both implementation and support within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in SAP FI/CO modules and demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects to enhance financial processes and systems

What you’ll do:
- SAP Finance Solutions Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement SAP Finance solutions for G/L, A/R, A/P, Banking, and Fixed Assets to meet evolving business requirements within APAC and MEA regions.
- Collaborate with business users to understand needs and ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Manage and guide the External Consultant in implementing the solution as and when required
- Expertise in SAP Finance Modules:
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP Finance sub-modules, including G/L, A/R, A/P, Banking, and Fixed Assets.
- Utilize expertise in Electronic Bank Statement and Electronic Payments to Banks using Payment Medium Workbench and Bank Communication Management.
- Controlling (CO) and Integration Knowledge:
- Apply a strong understanding of CO areas such as Cost Canter Accounting, Internal Order Budgeting, Assessment Cycles, and COPA.
- Strong knowledge of Cross Modules like Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) to assess configuration impacts on Finance and Controlling areas.
- Business Interaction and Support:
- Independently engage and follow up with business users for new requirements and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with SAP Online Support Systems to resolve system defects and issues efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key business users and the SAP ABAP development team to deliver reliable, scalable business solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new functionalities regularly to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Either of MBA in Finance, a Chartered Accountant (CA), or a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.
- Proven experience in both implementation and support roles within a multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance sub-modules (G/L, A/R, A/P, Banking, Fixed Assets) and related Electronic Banking solutions.
- Strong understanding of CO areas, Master Data management, Cross Modules integration, and Asset Accounting.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to investigate and resolve complex business system issues.
- Ability to devise innovative techniques and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of initiating and leading change within the organization.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Proven experience in fostering strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively with SAP ABAP developers to achieve common goals.

Manage and guide the External Consultant in implementing the solution as and when required
Expertise in SAP Finance Modules:
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP Finance sub-modules, including G/L, A/R, A/P, Banking, and Fixed Assets.
Utilize expertise in Electronic Bank Statement and Electronic Payments to Banks using Payment Medium Workbench and Bank Communication Management.
Controlling (CO) and Integration Knowledge:
Apply a strong understanding of CO areas such as Cost Canter Accounting, Internal Order Budgeting, Assessment Cycles, and COPA.
Strong knowledge of Cross Modules like Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) to assess configuration impacts on Finance and Controlling areas.
Business Interaction and Support:
Independently engage and follow up with business users for new requirements and ongoing support.
Collaborate with SAP Online Support Systems to resolve system defects and issues efficiently.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key business users and the SAP ABAP development team to deliver reliable, scalable business solutions.
Evaluate and implement new functionalities regularly to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Technical Expertise :
Either of MBA in Finance, a Chartered Accountant (CA), or a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification will be an added advantage.
Approximately 10 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.
Proven experience in both implementation and support roles within a multinational environment.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance sub-modules (G/L, A/R, A/P, Banking, Fixed Assets) and related Electronic Banking solutions.
Strong understanding of CO areas, Master Data management, Cross Modules integration, and Asset Accounting.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to investigate and resolve complex business system issues.
Ability to devise innovative techniques and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Communication and Leadership :
