**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Financial Analyst with 4-6 years of experience in financial Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Analysis, financial close processes and reconciliations, with the ability to ensure accuracy and integrity in all financial data. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is highly proficient in Excel and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP system. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, as well as ad-hoc reporting requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and analyse financial reports, forecast and business performance metrics.
- Support and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) to extract, validate, and analyse financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Communicate key financial insights and recommendations to Senior Management in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent English verbal, written, and reasoning skills.
- A goal-oriented team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Any level of communication in Japanese is not compulsory but an advantage.

Report to Divisional Finance Senior Manager in Singapore, this is an individual contributor FP&A role supporting a commercial business. You will collaborate with commercial partners to meet financial revenue goals, managing OPEX & CAPEX for the division.
**Support SEATW financial reporting and analysis**
+ Lead strategic plan ("STRAP"), annual operating plan ("AOP) and weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting, business reviews and reporting process.

**Position Summary**
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our billing processes.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
+ **Invoice Generation:** Produce timely and accurate customer invoices for all clients, ensuring compliance with NCR's Revenue Policy.
+ **Billing Management:** Oversee Solutions & Services Bill Processing, Bill Optimization, and Audit & Analysis of billing requests.
+ **Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborate with business stakeholders to secure timely invoicing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
+ **Trend Analysis:** Analyse billing trends and ensure bills are processed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ **Relationship Management:** Cultivate and manage relationships effectively, including conducting multi-party conference calls.
+ **Revenue Accounting:** Perform revenue accounting and reconciliation during month-end processes.
+ **Contract Tracking:** Monitor unbilled contracts and enhance collections to meet monthly SLAs.
+ **Contractual Compliance:** Re-validate contractual terms, analyze credit notes, and support dispute resolution and closure.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales & Services, IT, Sales Support, Field, and other business unit counterparts.
+ **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements in invoicing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
+ **Financial Integrity:** Maintain the integrity of the Trust's financial systems, procedures, and reports.
+ **Professional Standards:** Uphold professional standards within the Financial Management team.
+ **Policy Adherence:** Ensure compliance with Standing Financial Instructions, Standing Orders, financial policies, and procedures.
**Requirements:**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong report writing skills.
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
+ Proficient in delivering presentations.
+ Strong technical accounting knowledge.
+ Advanced Excel skills.
+ Expertise in financial analysis and forecasting.

+ Strong persuasion and influencing skills.
**To be successful in this role, you would ideally also have:**
+ Languages: English and Bahasa
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
+ Experience in finance or accounting
+ Industry Knowledge in technology or services industry is a plus.
+ Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

**What You'll Do:**
+ Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions in preparation for client financial statement packages.
+ Create and post journal entries and ensure that all expenses, receipts, owner's distributions, funding requests, and other transactions for the accounting period have been accurately posted.
+ Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and comprehensive reporting. Prepare packages on a schedule to ensure timely delivery to the client and other management teams.
+ Review and audit funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization in accordance with established operating procedures.
+ Respond to and resolve complex issues and requests from management teams and clients regarding various accounting issues and reports.
+ Recognize potential issues and conflicts and take corrective action to minimize issues.
+ Facilitate the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

**What You'll Need:**

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Monthly Revenue recognition Process.
+ Prepare the revenue recognition report and review it with manager and submit journal for posting.
+ Prepare the flash report and update before the journal posting cut-off Date.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Experience in Finance/Accounting with min. 2-3 years of accounting experience.
+ Sound technical expertise in internal management reporting, variance analysis and month end accounting.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills for managing various stakeholders across Asia Pacific.
+ Strong Excel skills and experience in other in a variety of accounting software.
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Be able to impact and influence colleagues and client.
+ Demonstrable ability to work with and influence finance and non-finance colleagues.
+ Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment when stakeholders have competing goals.
+ Ability to multitask and work to key deadlines.
+ Good Excel data manipulation skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
+ Good working knowledge of Coupa and iScala is advantageous.
+ Experience of working in a matrix reporting structure and influencing culture.
+ Demonstration of actively driving process improvement and implementing changes.
