This is a remote, hands-on role where you'll manage the content calendar, drive creative production, and generate quality leads through well-crafted content.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Write engaging Chinese copy for captions, ads, scripts, and storytelling content that is clear, smart, and on-brand.
- Create and edit content including short-form videos, visuals, infographics, tailored to each platform.
- Post 5+ times per week across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Generate and nurture leads through engaging content, collaborating with the sales team to support conversions.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments within 2 working days, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Maintain SOPs for content production and performance tracking; report results monthly (followers, leads, reach, engagement, revenue impact).
- 2+ years of experience in social media and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe, Canva).
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese with a keen sense of tone, clarity, and performance.
- Deep understanding of platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Solid grasp of engagement drivers and lead generation strategies.
- Creative with an organized workflow and out-of-the-box ideas.
- Work with a reputable brand that values smart marketing and quality content.
