We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a regional implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment.
Responsibilities- Lead SAP FICO implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling processes, translating them into SAP system solutions.
- Configure and support core FICO sub-modules including GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and Product Costing.
- Support integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
- Prepare functional specifications, validate technical developments, and coordinate with ABAP and BASIS teams.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, data migration validation, and end-user training.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure system stability and user adoption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and financial reporting requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in core FICO sub-modules and integration with logistics modules.
- Experience with financial reporting, controlling processes, and data migration in implementation projects.
- Ability to work in a project-based environment with regional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Hong Kong.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
