Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with leaders to identify and anticipate immediate and future professional qualification needs, developing practical solutions.
Programme Management:

Financial Management:

Maximize HRDC claims to achieve cost savings.
Reporting and Communication:
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Program Overview
Our Graduate Program provides an immersive experience in our company from day 1.
The program starts with a one-week Global Induction in Milan with trainings and activities led by the Prysmian Academy in collaboration with a Top-Ranking Business School.
Following your induction, you will be part of a one-year job rotation in 2 different departments: Research & Development and Operations in one of our production sites.
After the first year of rotation, you will take a role in the Country you have been hired in for 12 months aligned to business needs and your interests. The position will be technical, mainly based in one of our production sites, strongly linked to the core of our business.
Then, after completing your second year, you will start your international assignment for a duration of 3 years in one of our 50+ countries.

Your key responsibilities:- Oversee all project phases to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion. For senior roles, manage large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time needed for project completion.
- Track progress and performance against the project plan, ensuring targets are met by assigning tasks and gathering resources.
- Prepare engineering standards, designs, schedules, budgets, and select materials, equipment, staff, and contractors. Develop and analyze test methods and results.
- Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and liaise with clients and other operational areas. Provide training, review test results, and prepare test reports.
- Ensure compliance with specifications and standards (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 13485, FDA). Manage external contractors and resolve operational issues if required.
- PhD, Master, or Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Biomedical, Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to perform and lead analytical testing including setup & results interpretation, failure analysis, root cause analysis, test method validation/verification.
- Understanding of material/polymer characterization, chemical analysis (e.g., FTIR, GCMS, HPLC, LCMS).
- Good communication skills, analytical skills, and experience in project management. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 17025 management systems is an advantage.
