Responsible to Create Interior Display and Window Displays in Retail Outlet
Responsibilities- Create a retail environment that represents the brand using innovative and unique approaches to obtain a customer friendly atmosphere; maintain and grow a visual personality for each store that is reflective of the community in which it is located
- Implement the company's visual merchandising directives throughout the store; such directives may require some creativity in molding them into being consistent with the particular store's goals and image
- Work with the Retail Manager/ Marketing Manager/ AVP Creative Design and/ or Director in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, image photos, and point of sale materials for the store
- Maximize the space and layout of the store, installing and dismantling displays, using available space to the best advantage
- Coordinate with Retail Manager to schedule appropriate time for floor set, shipping processes and receiving merchandise to make sure that merchandise is ready before being displayed for sale in the store
- Train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort
- Guide customers browsing through merchandise placement and store layout to result in an eventual sale Ensure all stores have necessary VM elements for all products and also to look into inventory management and orders
- Prepare for promotional events/ launches which could include contributing ideas for the whole set-up and dismantle displays at the end of promotional period
- Work closely with supplier for materials, fixtures, props and/ or other items for the store/ promotions/ events
- Maintain visual displays and ensure Display are Changed Regularly
- Conduct floor set with floor plan and share store photos with brand principal if required
- Help in design and conceptualize on all promotional materials such as invites, emailer and corporate identity to support Marketing and Merchandising team that compliance with brand VM guidelines
- Follow up on all VM related paperwork such as raising POs and submission of invoices
- Organize workspace with good filing system, soft and hard copy
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Creative Services
- Complete E-Learning Modules on timely manner

- Work with supplier to retrieve quotations and invoices. Ensure BAM & VM Manager approves.
- Provide creative solutions adapting with up-to-date situations and opportunity in leveling up consumer experience in-store.
- Collaborate with Store Development Team with projects related to store fit out / localization VM enhancement.
- Raise PR in Ariba, process quotations and invoices into workflow, updating PR Tracker. Ensure all details are updated precisely at all time.
- Coordinate campaign installation date with VM Execution Leads. work permit, take lead in managing work permit & share schedule plan with VM Leads / Retail Operation Team & appointed suppliers. (Across DTC: ORT & FRS).
- Perform monthly assessment for each VM Lead, guide team by providing constructive feedbacks to ensure store are executed at high standard.
- Work with VM Lead to ensure stores capacity calculator are up to date and accurate for submission to Buying Team.
- Cross check visual sheet / technical drawings, quotations prior finalizing any order, ensure goods are delivered as per ordered.
- Provide creative solutions adapting with up-to-date situations and opportunity in leveling up consumer experience in-store. Share creative direction & guideline while submitting requisition to VM Designer when local creative solutions are required
- Assist in ad-hoc supports on promotions / VM request.
- Work with supplier to schedule implementation per deadline.

Position Purpose:
The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager is essential to elevating the luxury retail experience by crafting visually stunning displays that embody our brand’s aesthetic and values. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative merchandising strategies that effectively showcase our products, captivate customers and drive sales. If you have a passion for luxury retail and a flaire for creating compelling visual narratives, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies following brands' guidelines to elevate in-store customer journey/experience, enhance brand image, and optimize sales conversion.
- Accountable for VM displays at the counter level, including reviewing and validating forecast planning and ordering of Point-of-Sale materials, Makeup Grids, and supporting local production of lightbox transparencies and regional tools.
- Understand practical needs of on-counter visual merchandising to maximize product exposure and optimize sales potential and develop regional product launch plans.
- Lead the installation and implementation of visual guidelines in all stores, collaborating with local market teams.
- Support and validate product launch animations and events, guiding local contractors to comply with guidelines and implement high-quality executions.
- Manage renovation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including construction, design, and operations.
- Co-lead new store openings, ensuring high-quality visual merchandising displays and compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure all visual merchandising efforts align with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all stores.
- Travel frequently to support key project implementations, market visits, and store openings.
- Propose in-store improvements based on competition observations, and exhibit a hands-on, action-oriented mindset in operational tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant visual merchandising experience in the retail industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related design field.
- Interested in learning and applying marketing and visual merchandising strategies to drive brand growth.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experienced in Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and VRay rendering.
