- Conduct clinical assessments to achieve the objectives of clinical postings.
- Ensure that students complete their nursing procedures in the logbook before proceeding to the next semester.
- Provide assistance and supervision to students throughout their clinical practice.
- Prepare clinical rosters for students due for clinical postings.
- Assist in teaching and entering clinical marks into the information management system.
- Support lecturers in teaching skills procedures in the skills lab and mock ward.
- Participate in activities organized by the faculty such as meetings, open days, and orientation weeks, and perform any tasks assigned by the dean as required.
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience; having a post-basic qualification is an added advantage.
- Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently as a team member as well as independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration with management and other staff.
- Possess own transport to commute to students’ clinical areas.
