- Knowledge of paint technology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9000, 14000, and 18000 standards.

- Make decisions on overall/general food safety issues after consulting with the team and management in the absence of the Food Safety Team Leader (FSTL).
- Approve overtime for operators with justifications.
- Take necessary disciplinary actions towards operation staff and operators with advice from the HR department.
- Suspend production in the presence of nonconforming products, following advice from the food safety team.
Qualification
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college in a related field.
- At least 10 years of manufacturing experience (preferably within the F&B/ Hospitality or related industry is beneficial) With at least 3 years in a senior management / leadership capacity.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy.
- The incumbent is a team player with a proven ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Must possess a track record of increasing and sustaining factory output and goals.
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop people.
- Results-oriented and ability to support team objectives and goals.
