Job Description

  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems, repair sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
  • Check that all light system is working, repair and replacing bulbs as needed.
  • Ensure the plumbing system at the toilet and pantry are in good condition and operating properly.
  • Ensure all door hardware are functional.
  • Maintain ventilator fan to ensure functionality.
  • Check that pantry appliance and fixtures work.
  • Check all recyclable material are properly sorted.
  • Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
  • Receive and response any reports of maintenance issues in the premises.
  • Ensure that facilities must government regulations, environmental, health and security standards.

  • Check the condition of working environment and report the severity of any damage to your supervisor.
  • Monthly vehicle checking and report.

Requirement and Skill:

  • SPM holders with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
