Act as a Sales Force Effectiveness business partner to the sales leaders by designing & implementing Sales Force Effectiveness deliverables including measuring product access and sales performance, segmentation & Targeting, account planning, incentive calculation, CRM system management & creating insights through market analytics. Contribute to the definition of a roadmap on how to excel through sales effectiveness and efficiency in the future. Track all relevant KPIs and sales performance in a standardized manner and be able to comply with future requirements of the market.
About the RoleMajor accountabilities:
- Manage the Sales Force Effectiveness team or lead a key process/service within the team. Setup infrastructure and systems in close alignment with Regional Commercial Excellence team (CRM, Analytics, Dashboards, Insights, etc.) and ensure high data quality and utilization
- Implement standardized Sales Force Effectiveness systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Manage Field Force productivity and improve quality and transparency of resource allocation decision making by targeting and segmentation, territory design/ alignment, Field Force capacity planning, product allocation, call plan design and monitoring, account planning and customer acquisition strategies and action plans, performance measurement, monitoring and Field Force ROI analysis
- Maintenance of CRM system including data extraction and monitoring KAM standards
- Drive the systematic generation of insights and generating recommendations for the business. Ensuring the compilation and monthly analysis of market data
- Creation of ad hoc market, product and business analysis based on internal and external data -Create presentations for the sales leadership team -
- Develop, upgrade and monitor Field Force incentive systems. Align strategic company and Business Unit objectives with sales and promotion plans and incentive schemes -
- Support projects for the business unit that involve resource allocation (e.g. launch planning)
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
Key performance indicators:
- Timeline, quality and budget of projects - Management of systems to ensure accurate reporting e.g. customer calls (CRM) and account planning activities and others -
- Accurate implementation of the incentive scheme and payment calculations
- Implementation & delivery of launch and post launch measurements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
- 3-4 years Sales in Healthcare / Pharma / related business or relevant experience
- Data Management & Systems

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and implement best practices in Demand & Supply Planning including development and refinement of processes & tools.
- Establish and monitor standard key performance indicators across Markets for demand & supply planning (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, inventory health status, production adherence, etc.).
- Drive initiatives to improve the defined key performance indicators (if needed) across Markets.
- Continuously review and optimize Demand & Supply Planning processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce manual intervention, and automate tasks where possible.
- Foster collaboration in Markets, across Demand & Supply Planning processes.
- Evaluate and lead the implementation of software and tools to streamline and enhance the Demand & Supply Planning processes.
- Collaborate with the Excellence Stewards in the other markets to ensure process standardization & sharing of best practices and to create a global expert network across the zones.
- Provide trainings and mentorship to the Demand & Supply Planning community to improve their skills and expertise.
- Align with key stakeholders to define the performance metrics, their corresponding targets and the required timing to generate the reports.
- Generate on-time and with the highest quality performance metrics reports and share across the markets.
- Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholder(s) to establish an action plan when performance metrics fall below the agreed-upon target
**What will make you successful:**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or MBA
- Six Sigma Certification or similar would be an added bonus.
- +5 years of experience in demand & supply planning. Should have extensive experience in demand planning or production planning and distribution and a great understanding of E2E supply chain operations to effectively meet customer demand and support Nestlé's broader objectives. Work experience in planning with OMP, PowerBI development or Planning Service Center would be an added bonus.
- Experience in process optimization. Should be skilled in analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency in Demand & Supply Planning.
- Experience in project management. Should possess strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders. Additionally, should be adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive continuous improvement in Demand & Supply Planning processes.

- Ensure all assigned work orders are completed with a minimum 95% first-time resolution rate, accurately classified and delivered on time in accordance with SLAs.
- Track and report on operational KPIs including compliance, downtime, service delivery, and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with performance targets specific to petrol station operations.
- Respond to customer feedback (CSI) and manage complaints via app and call center channels to maintain a balanced 50:50 submission ratio, ensuring prompt action and resolution.
- Maintain zero Lost Time Injury (LTI), no fatalities, and ensure Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) incidents are kept below 100L/KG. Lead proactive health and safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all site licenses and permits (e.g. fuel storage, environmental, local authority) are valid, renewed on time, and compliant with legal and statutory requirements.
- Oversee FM-related budgets, ensuring regulatory costs, vendor charges, and operational expenses are tracked, reported, and maintained within approved limits.
- Manage performance of contractors and vendors against agreed SLAs and KPIs; recommend corrective actions for non-conformance and conduct periodic inspections to ensure service quality.
- Ensure full documentation is completed during handover including manuals, certifications, schematics, and checklists to ensure operational readiness at each petrol station site.
- Provide operational leadership across engineering, executive, and supervisory teams; ensure effective team synergy, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Generate timely management reports, ensure accurate Oracle and SAP data input, and support technology adoption for efficient site management and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field), Legal Studies, or Business Administration from a university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset and facility maintenance management.
- Prior exposure to retail petrol station operations is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Able to prepare business improvement plans and process documentation.
- Computer literate with ability to adapt to digital systems and tools (e.g., Oracle/SAP).
- Good interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships.
