Job Description
- Assist the Account & Project Teams with research and vendor liaison
- Prepare pitch documents, handover files, job cards, and project briefs
- Help with event expenses tracking, budget sheets, and claims preparation
- Pack event kits and props based on detailed event checklists
- Coordinate logistics and ensure all materials are ready on time
- Support in preparing presentations, decks, and visual proposals
- Assist in on-site event operations when required
- Ensure smooth communication between teams, vendors, and clients
- Contribute fresh ideas, energy, and solutions to improve event execution
- Keep event records organized and updated for future references
