Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination & Execution (Offline & Online): Develop and implement Run Sheets, Task Allocation Charts, On-Site SOPs, and Checklists.
  • Offline: Oversee venue setup, traffic flow design, audio-visual systems, speaker support, and sales area arrangements.
  • Online: Set up Zoom Meetings/Webinars in advance with proper naming and branding; ensure stable internet connection, clear audio and video quality, smooth screen sharing, and proper spotlighting of speakers.
  • Control event pacing and ensure smooth collaboration between speakers, MC, closing team, sales, photography, and the other crew.
  • Process & Standardization: Establish and refine event SOPs to ensure consistent and professional execution; Prepare role-specific briefing scripts and operational guidelines for all crew.

Qualifications

Academic Qualification(s): Candidate must possess at least a SPM certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

  • 3 – 5 years' experience in Event Marketing, Organizer field of Exhibition.
  • Background in FMCG is added advantage.
  • Excellent marketing and project management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask within tight deadlines.
