Job Description

  • Assist the Account & Project Teams with research and vendor liaison
  • Prepare pitch documents, handover files, job cards, and project briefs
  • Help with event expenses tracking, budget sheets, and claims preparation
  • Pack event kits and props based on detailed event checklists
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all materials are ready on time
  • Support in preparing presentations, decks, and visual proposals
  • Assist in on-site event operations when required
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams, vendors, and clients
  • Contribute fresh ideas, energy, and solutions to improve event execution
  • Keep event records organized and updated for future references
