THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Event Executive, Experiential Team will have logistical responsibility for several events per year including conferences and meetings of varying scale. This role involves close cooperation with Event Managers (Producers) and teams and requires ability to multi-task and take the lead when required, as well as being able to work independently on projects in a high-pressured environment.

THE WORK

  1. Onsite management of virtual, hybrid or physical events across the Asia Pacific region.
  2. Set, communicate, maintain timelines and priorities on project through timeframes, status reporting, emails, etc.
  3. Deliver meetings and events on time, within budget and participate in the realization of concepts and proposals.
  4. Participate in production and presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline, budget).
  5. Maintain and develop long-term client relationships by meeting or exceeding client's expectations.
  6. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing third party vendors and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
  7. Management of stakeholders and assigned team members, including overall resource planning of roles and responsibilities of pre-event and onsite.
  8. Conduct internal pre-program briefings and post-program debriefings.
  9. Final reconciliation (operational and financial) of all projects handled.

THE CONNECTION

  1. Reporting directly to the Director, Experiential.
  2. Works closely in direct contact with the client, reporting, consulting and communicating to ensure that the client is aware and satisfied with the progress.

THE MUST HAVE

  1. Diploma/Degree qualification in Business/Events Management/Hospitality/Marketing/Communications.
  2. Being technologically savvy and comfortable with using new tools or software will be highly advantageous.
  3. Traveling onsite inspections and accompanying events as required.
  4. Good level of project management, organisational and time management skills.
