As the ESG Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Swift complies with global ESG standards and regulations. You’ll have the chance to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of initiatives that bring our ESG strategy to life and create meaningful change across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee ESG-related projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and time requirements. Ability to own and deliver key strategic initiatives like creating ESG policy, leading ESG comms, ESG reporting etc aligned to ESG strategy
Develop project plans, define project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes
Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare progress reports
Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG project’s progress and outcomes to senior management, detailing progress, risks, and outcomes
Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, suppliers to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes
What You Will Need
A university degree in IT/Science/Economics/Business Administration, Environmental Science, or equivalent qualification/experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting and strategy development, preferably within a multinational corporation, preferably within Financial Services, Governance, Consulting, Program Managment or Fintech
Proven ability to influence senior management and drive change within organizations
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our Group Finance team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and timely delivery of financial and regulatory reporting for the Group and Bank entity. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making at the highest level.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly Group and Bank entity reporting in full compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for RHB Bank
- Oversee and monitor the monthly financial closing process
- Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis and provide clear explanations for major variances
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting standards
- Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proven track record of managing financial closing processes and delivering quality reports on time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

As the Senior Manager - Financial Reporting at Deriv, you will be in charge of planning the company’s financial strategies, providing regulatory reporting, and handling management accounts. - Provide financial plans, commercial analysis, and risk management recommendations for daily operation.
- Manage all financial and accounting matters, including reconciliation, monthly financial returns, management accounts, daily cash flow management (including liquid capital management and monitoring).
- Setting up financial and internal control systems for the team.
- Ensure financial compliance in the company’s financial processes and contracts.
