As a Sr Professional Services - ERP Project Manager, you will plan, organize, manage, and deliver client projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring project activities and client engagements from inception to installation, preparing project deliverables, and maintaining control of project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope. We are seeking applicants with strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, a customer-centric and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate and monitor activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to installation.
Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests, and Project Lists) and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget, and scope, ensuring project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
Certify that sufficient resources and funding are available for executing project activities.
Conduct weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests/questions in a timely manner, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
Interact with members of cross-functional teams, responsible for ad hoc projects and medium-sized projects.

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically hands-on ERP Project Delivery Lead to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of our new ERP system. This role is responsible not only for managing the successful delivery of the project within scope, timeline, and budget, but also for providing deep technical and functional expertise throughout the ERP lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in system configuration, customization, data migration, integration, testing, training, and deployment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the ERP solution aligns with our business processes and drives long-term value.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, software vendors, and system integrator during the new system implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, MES, MRP, manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Project management experience; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
- Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needs
- Determine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer’s requirements
- Assist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignments
- Write functional and technical specifications for developers
- Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Deployment of Flex standard applications
- Communicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.
- Relevant education background in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience as an analyst working or deployment in an BaaN5/Infor LN or other ERP environment.
- Experience in ERP, logistic processes, supply chain in the manufacturing industry
- Able to work well in projects with tight timeline and manage a small team of key users.
- Basic SQL and knowledge in business applications
- Willing to travel at least 1-2 times a month
