Working: Client Site (Northern Malaysia)

Salary rate: RM 6,000 - 8,000
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9.00AM - 6.00PM)

Contract Term: 24-Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support of advanced industrial machinery. This role involves frequent onsite work at client facilities, both locally and overseas, requiring strong hands-on engineering skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics, mechanical, or automation engineering, and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.

Customer Support Engineer

• Provides onsite new machine installation, application setup, and customer operation training.
• Manage customer preventive maintenance (PM) with good quality.
• Manage customer spare parts consumption.
• Ensure all Call FSRs are completed, signed, and returned to the service admin within the timeline.
• Provide high response time and strong technical abilities for efficient troubleshooting.
• Perform other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements

• College or University graduate in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience with industrial systems; customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas.

• Valid driver’s license.
