Senior Enterprise B2B IT Analyst
Job Description
Responsible for B2B integration system and implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), RosettaNet, AS2 or and other integration methods to enable seamless data exchange between the organization and trading partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support and communicate with IT, Business and External Partners.
+ Understanding of EDI concept and working knowledge with X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet standards.
+ Handle SAP IDOC mapping, Partner profile and output condition conversion configuration and interfaces testing.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to interpret and or analyze especially during interface testing.
+ Robust analytical skills to review and interpret business documents (FDS and FUT).
+ Make decisions independently, with minimal direction when working with all the business stakeholders.
Qualifications
+ Degree in IT or Computer Science, any related field
+ At least 5 years of experience and above in B2B environment
+ Should have experience in B2B integrations from order to cash and design registration process.
+ Good analytical skills coupled with written, communication and problem-solving skills and an ability to work in multicultural environment.
+ Have ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

About the Role

The Data Analyst III role consults with internal stakeholders to understand problems, collect and analyze data to support data driven business decisions. This role uses data tools to collate, model, interpret, develop visualizations/information products, and communicate to the business. Specifically, individuals in this role will execute on projects/initiatives with high complexity independently. The role will be on shift hour ideally from 3PM to 12AM.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the analytics team members
• Begins to lead analytics effort with high complexity
• Partners with stakeholders to understand their business needs and to make suggestions for analysis and metrics to drive insights and recommendations

• Effectively lead and manage small/operational analytics projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Data Analytics/Data Science/Math or equivalent work experience
• Ability to understand complex data structure and to apply advanced blending and refinement techniques including big data and knows how to apply advanced data preparation and refinement techniques
• Significant experience leveraging SQL for data querrying
• Experience with different visualizations tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Experience in intermediate statistics
• Basic knowledge of big data platforms
• Ability to present complex issues in simple and sophisticated insights
• Ability to combine visualizations from multiple sources to tell an effective and engaging story
• Knowledge of different project management approaches and lifecycles

As a Data Analysis Specialist I you will responsible for projects and acts as a liaison between the Business and the application development teams. Qualifications

The COB & CM Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Responsibilities:

• The Continuity of Business (COB) & Crisis Management (CM) Senior Analyst supports Citigroup's Enterprise Resilience (ER)
• The role of the Sr. Analyst is to assist the Country ER Execution Lead in managing the ER/Business Continuity Management (BCM) program as it applies in-country.
• Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to guiding the business units’ completion of the annual COB deliverables, being the SME with regards to the system of use to ensure appropriate documentation of COB and Crisis Management related documentation. COB deliverables includes : Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans, Crisis Management plans, Tabletop Exercises.
• Data analysis and Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Pro-active and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Track record as a strong analyst – recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.
• Attention to detail with hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction.
• Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.
• Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.
• Flexibility and Autonomy are essential as may need to work outside of the standard hours, especially in the event of a business disruption/crisis.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing peers and stakeholders of different seniority within the country/across multiple countries is preferred.
• Experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.
• Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of inter-dependencies between different business units and supporting functions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
