Responsible for improving and sustain engineering portion and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE, Maintain UPH and Yield). Perform line troubleshooting and supporting daily production operation. Job Description Performing IC package analysis on assembly test defect from production and qualification on semi-finished or finished products by using analytical tools such as 3D X-ray, CSAM, SEM/EDX, chemical decapsulation, TDR, curve tracer analysis, optical microscopes, hot spot analysis, cross-section and dye and Pull analysis. Define FA flow for each FA case and generate FA report and assist process engineer for root-causing of defect/s. Maintain the FA tracking sheet and FA equipment log sheet and maintain lab compliance with internal and external accredited audits. Develop the FA process and FA capability for new product and new technologies. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master in Electrical / Electronic or Microelectronic Engineering with minimum 5 years in failure analysis. Preferred: Familiar with package and device analysis methodology. Familiar with semiconductor and SMT assembly process and technology. Familiar with memory product technology and structure. Understand memory product test process and methodology. Fluent in English speaking, reading and technical FA report writing. Previous FA experience in SMT assembly environment is preferred. Job Description

Machine trouble shoot and maintenance. Documents (FMEA/Training material /SOP/WI) generation, update and maintenance. Line abnormal, quality issue, yield loss investigation and in time action taken. Lead KIP projects on machine performance improvement, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity and productivity improvements. Work with Process, R&D on new material and package development for machine related items. Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization. Follow up customer audit and action implement. 8D prepare and presentation for QAF/RMA cases. Support other function teams for key projects.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor or above in engineering or mechanical engineering.

Preferred

2+ year working experience in Equipment engineering, process or related.

Skills

Machine/ mechanical knowledge in design and optimization. Expertized in data analysis, and problem solving Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc. Familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, AUTOCAD…) Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions. Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills. Good verbal and written in English.
