Job Description

1. Sputtering / Photo Process Engineer (Bumping)

• Day Shift / Shift Work
• Develop and implement sputtering and photo processes for mass production. Monitor process stability, troubleshoot issues, improve yield, and support cross-functional projects and equipment calibration.

2. Test Assistant Engineer

• Shift Work
• Support engineering sample testing and assist in multi-platform test operations.

3. Discrepancy Notification (DN) Engineer

• Shift Work
• Handle online production lot issues, perform troubleshooting, and submit discrepancy reports for low-yield WIP.

4. Test Product Engineer

• Develop in-depth knowledge of testing processes and equipment. Perform failure analysis and support production and engineering projects.

5. Machine Breakdowns (MBD) Engineer

• Shift Work
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, perform routine inspections, and support emergency response and maintenance logging.

6. Packaging Process Engineer

• Oversee daily process issues, manage new product introduction, execute improvement projects, and enhance production KPIs.

7. Electroplating & Etching Process Engineer (Bumping)

• Day Shift / Shift Work
• Develop and maintain plating/etching processes, troubleshoot production issues, and support new product and equipment integration.

8. Laboratory Engineer (Bumping)

• Day/Night Rotating Shifts
• Manage plating solution analysis, chemical monitoring, and bath maintenance; operate laboratory instruments.

Job Requirements

The above positions require proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and manage the company's engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project and organizational objectives.
• Plan and allocate engineering resources across multiple projects according to workload and priorities to ensure optimal team performance and timely delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 10 years of relevant working experience, including minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to mentor and develop multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Familiar with international engineering standards and codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project); familiarity with engineering and BIM software is an advantage.
• Experience in multi-discipline design or engineering projects is an advantage.

• Familiar with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, SQL, and Microsoft SQL.
• Perform code enhancements, troubleshoot, and resolve root causes of system issues.
• Manages and monitor network infrastructure, firewall, virtual machine, server administration, AD, backup and recovery antivirus, including server room cleanliness.
• Address user inquiries, resolve IT-related problems and ensure prompt resolution of ERP / system technical issues.
• Continuously improve existing systems by identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor and maintaining daily scheduled tasks (e.g. databases backup, software update, etc)

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Chemical Engineering, Science or equivalent Engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Engineering Leadership Role, working for MNC, Process and Equipment Sustaining Engineering, New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer, I4.0, Preferable with medical device experience

1.0 Responsibilities

• Responsible for the control and calibration of measuring and monitoring equipment in the facility.
• Ensuring that equipment's are calibrated for use in the facility by making recall from equipment owner and send out for external calibration.
• Conducting review or verification of calibration certificates from external calibrators and maintaining records of calibration activities performed.
• Working with Suppliers to develop calibration procedures and techniques as and when it is required.
• To plan and schedule SMT preventive maintenance activity. Ensure preventive maintenance is running according to plan.
• Has to keep updating spare parts inventory in MES system to ensure spare part availability

2.0 Skill Factor:

• Ability to verify calibration certificates.
• Ability to handle common measuring tools and equipment, such as caliper, micrometer, height gauge, pull gauge, KIC profiler, and thickness gauge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, Specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• A good level in the English language to interpret work instructions in an accurate manner.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
