In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To support company goals, policies and objectives, and also plant-wide, departmental Key Performance Indicators and metrics. Provide engineering support for manufacturing in the areas of assembly, customer service, planning, Internal Project Management and quality control. Work closely in a team to interpret corporate documentation and other reference materials to determine manufacturing requirements and processing procedures on new or revised part numbers. Build product structures (BOM) and routing in Oracle. Resolve / fix manufacturing / assembly problems encountered in the shop floor. Provide support for new product introduction include equipment set up and training to the assemblers. Develop the necessary work procedures and provide or co-ordinate the training for the operators and supervisors. Work closely with the ESH team to achieve high level of Environmental, Safety, Health standards. Responsible for collaboration with other Actuation Technologies manufacturing sites.
Who You Are:
Good understanding of control valve functions and able to demonstrate assembly procedures. Hands-on experience and ability to tackle issues in valve assembly and calibration. Skilled in developing fixtures and tooling. Effective communicator with the ability to support smooth day-to-day operations and teamwork.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Exhibit drafting application skills and techniques. Knowledge of material characteristics and capable of interpreting manufacturing and engineering source documents. Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment. Physical tasks include frequent reaching with hands and arms. Test & Automation knowledge will be advantage Proficient in Root Cause Analysis tools such as FMEA, 5 Whys, and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. At least 3 years experiences in a similar manufacturing environment with ability to evaluate and execute the requirements on manufacturing documentation and procedure development. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English Language), and project management

- Metal moulders and coremakers make moulds and cores for casting metal.
- Tasks include assist senior supervisor in:
- Making moulds by hand or using auxiliary machines on a bench for small metal castings, on the foundry floor, or in a pit for large castings;
- Making cores for use in metal moulds;
- Cleaning and smoothing moulds, core boxes, and repairing surface imperfections;
- Moving and positioning work pieces such as mould sections, patterns and bottom boards, using cranes, or signalling others to move work pieces;
- Positioning patterns inside mould sections and clamping sections together;
- Cutting spouts, runner holes and sprue holes into moulds;
- Lifting upper mould sections from lower sections and remove moulded patterns.
- Machine maintenance
- Co-ordinate with other colleagues in completing tasks
- Perform cleaning duty roster in maintaining cleanliness of factory
- Metal Fabrication, welding, Stamping, installation of mould, Quality Control (QC), packing, tapping
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment components. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Participate in safety training programs and promote a safety culture among team members. Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and observations. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during all maintenance activities. Report and document equipment downtime incidents promptly. Support technicians 2&3 in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
Technical
Install and rectify air conditioning/ refrigeration components and equipment Inspects systems and their components (e.g. Air conditioning, heating and refrigeration units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) To ensure safety and identify necessary repairs and providing an ongoing program of preventive maintenance. Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures to identify equipment and systems repair and replacement needs. Perform preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance as needed and ensure that the refrigeration (ammonia & freon) and other assigned facilities systems function effectively. Clean cooler units and refrigeration facilities (e.g., Coils, condensation pans, drain lines, cooling towers, etc.) to ensure units are performing as required. Conduct inspection and preventive maintenance program for fire fighting system i.e. Pump house inspection Assist and monitor vendor in performing periodic servicing of fire fighting system Prepare documentation (e.g. Records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, fire fighting equipment inspection etc.) To provide written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information. Repairs or replaces defective parts in units, equipment, and controls. Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensures availability of required items to complete the necessary installation/repair. Record keeping: maintain records of maintenance activities, including part replacements, inspections, and lubrication schedules. Communication: communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to report maintenance findings and request assistance when needed.
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum SKM3 / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Basic technical understanding of basic manufacturing equipment
