**Detailed Description**
**Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:**
+ Validate, evaluate and set up the component by component level, commodity level in the component classification management tool globally.
+ Release the information into the Quality specification portal. Enable the downstream activities such as Quoting, purchasing, inspection and etc.
+ Manage the data change requests globally.
+ Review and construct the manufacturer part number from the component datasheets and drawings.
+ Provide alternate recommendations.
+ Provide BOM health analysis included Life cycle analysis, parametric analysis, preferred supplier coverage analysis, Rohs verification, lead time analysis, sourcing status summary, component downsizing summary and etc.
+ Process the supplier part change notification. Enable timely communication to customers.
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**
+ Good system skill on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power point, Browser.
+ Equip with Industrial standard knowledges included Aerospace & defense, Automotive, HealthTech.
+ Good communication skill both in spoken and written
+ Good organization skill and the time management skill.
+ Good trouble shooting skill and multitasking skill.
**Typical Experience**

Responsibilities

• Reads and analyzes schematic diagrams, circuit descriptions and similar technical information.
• Troubleshoots and repairs failed products.
• Inspects for physical and visual quality requirements. Isolates and replaces faulty components.
• Sets up, operates, and adjusts test sets and auxiliary equipment.
• Proves tests and test sets.
• Troubleshoots and repairs test equipment/fixture problems.
• Performs reactive maintenance on electromechanical surface mount assembly equipment.
• Reads and understands Bills of Materials, Component Data, Engineering Change Order and similar technical information. Inspects for standard quality requirements.
• With support and direction from more experienced electrical and mechanical engineers, performs complex testing, debug, failure analysis, circuit modification and design verification of new and prototype products.
• Works with product specifications, schematics and mechanical drawings; assembles, tests, debugs, repairs and/or modifies new product prototypes.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance. Maintains records for equipment availability, failure analysis and maintenance.
• Maintains equipment spare parts database.
• Tracks spare parts usage and maintains inventory of equipment spare parts.
• Helps move, install, set-up and refurbish equipment.
• May also perform special trade tasks such as tool and die maker, electrician etc.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and a data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and good communication skills to explain data to others.
• Experience with Python or R is a plus, as is a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Essential Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is crucial.
• Programming Languages: Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a significant advantage.
• Data Management: Familiarity with collecting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets is required.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above
