In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To support company goals, policies and objectives, and also plant-wide, departmental Key Performance Indicators and metrics.
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing in the areas of assembly, customer service, planning, Internal Project Management and quality control.
- Work closely in a team to interpret corporate documentation and other reference materials to determine manufacturing requirements and processing procedures on new or revised part numbers.
- Build product structures (BOM) and routing in Oracle.
- Resolve / fix manufacturing / assembly problems encountered in the shop floor.
- Provide support for new product introduction include equipment set up and training to the assemblers.
- Develop the necessary work procedures and provide or co-ordinate the training for the operators and supervisors.
- Work closely with the ESH team to achieve high level of Environmental, Safety, Health standards.
- Responsible for collaboration with other Actuation Technologies manufacturing sites.
- Good understanding of control valve functions and able to demonstrate assembly procedures.
- Hands-on experience and ability to tackle issues in valve assembly and calibration.
- Skilled in developing fixtures and tooling.
- Effective communicator with the ability to support smooth day-to-day operations and teamwork.
- Exhibit drafting application skills and techniques.
- Knowledge of material characteristics and capable of interpreting manufacturing and engineering source documents.
- Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
- Physical tasks include frequent reaching with hands and arms.
- Test & Automation knowledge will be advantage
- Proficient in Root Cause Analysis tools such as FMEA, 5 Whys, and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years experiences in a similar manufacturing environment with ability to evaluate and execute the requirements on manufacturing documentation and procedure development.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English Language), and project management

Job Description
- Prepare master maintenance plan, calibration schedule and perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Guide and work closely with shopfloor team to carry out the required maintenance at production lines.
- Promptly attend to process equipment and machine failure and other facilities for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedy restoration of normal plant production.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for parts and services at the best costs without compromising quality of parts and services.
- Implement and promote maintenance procedures in the shopfloor.
- Manage and control stocks of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for updating and filing of all maintenance records.
- Collaborate with Product & Process Industrialization Engineer for new and existing product process improvement.
- Communicate with suppliers, Vulcanite stakeholders and external bodies as required.
- Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
- Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
- Adhere and enforce all Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by the Manufacturing Manager.

Job Description:
- Prepare master maintenance plan, calibration schedule, and perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Collaborate closely with the shop floor team to carry out maintenance on production lines.
- Respond promptly to equipment and machine failures, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions to restore normal operations.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain parts and services at optimal costs without compromising quality.
- Implement and promote maintenance procedures on the shop floor.
- Manage and control stocks of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and update all maintenance records systematically.
- Collaborate with Product & Process Industrialization Engineers for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and external bodies as needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and shop floor rules.
- Enforce occupational safety and health regulations and standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.
Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

+ Prepare master maintenance plan, calibration schedule and perform predictive and preventive maintenance. Guide and work closely with shopfloor team to carry out the required maintenance at production lines.
+ Promptly attend to process equipment and machine failure and other facilities for investigation and corrective action to ensure speedy restoration of normal plant production.
+ Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for parts and services at the best costs without compromising quality of parts and services.
+ Implement and promote maintenance procedures in the shopfloor.
+ Manage and control stocks of maintenance supplies and equipment.
+ Responsible for updating and filing of all maintenance records.
+ Collaborate with Product & Process Industrialization Engineer for new and existing product process improvement.
+ Communicate with suppliers, Vulcanite stakeholders and external bodies as required.
+ Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
+ Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
+ Adhere and enforce all Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulations as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
+ Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by the Manufacturing Manager.
