We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program/Project Manager to join our Semiconductor Capital Equipment team . In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, optimize manufacturing processes, and enhance productivity in a high-tech, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production flow, reduce cycle times, and ensure cost-effective solutions for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
Detailed Description- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production capacity.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, Six Sigma methodologies, and automation solutions.
- Analyse production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements in factory layout, logistics, and materials handling.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and process changes.
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to yield enhancement, defect reduction, and throughput optimization.
- Utilize data analytics, simulation tools, and statistical modelling to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring efficient ramp-up and scalability in manufacturing operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement in cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance component reliability, availability, and manufacturability.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM) and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and implement VAVE strategies to meet cost reduction and value improvement targets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of industrial engineering experience in a semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies (certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus).
- Experience with factory layout design, process simulation, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI) and industrial engineering software.
- Familiarity with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments is a plus.
- Previous experience in semiconductor capital equipment companies is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.

When you join Voyage, you gain access to Marriott's senior leaders and coaches and have many opportunities to stand out. After graduation, you'll be well-prepared to pursue your passion and take on new challenges. - Assist and support Project Managers in the execution of projects as part of the project team
- Provide technical support in various stages of project, including conceptual design, design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, contract administration, site meetings, etc
- Prepare schematic design, layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications, etc

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead all NPI builds and commit schedules to POM.
- Manage the smooth transition of eSSD/cSSD products from development to the production environment.
- Plan and oversee NPI cross-functional teams, managing resources, timelines, and tasks to meet critical product development milestones aligned with program goals.

- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in hardware or product development

- Strong knowledge of NPI processes, from concept through production ramp
