**A day in the life of.**
- Ensure that the Production QMS and HAACP SOP' s is flawlessly executed, troubleshoots and resolve line quality deviations Maintenance and equipment.
- Able to effectively take prompt and corrective action in all the areas of Engineering minimize the impact of failure.
- As for Routine Maintenance & Line Engineering, help managing all routine maintenance, by setting up priorities to ensure the implementation of AMM schedule (PM 03) and to equipment feed up by product.
- Responsible for the control of the production line routine M&R budget. He trouble shoots and resolves line-engineering deviations, including resolving 'routine' breakdowns.
- Ensure to follow the prescribed guidelines, help controls materials, labour, General Factory Overhead (GFOH) and M & R usage variances.
- Coaches, trains, and motivates the MDT1 teams in the achievement of Quality, Supply or Speed, Cost and People management targets.
- Maintains good work discipline with fitter and operator. He formally appraises the performance his fitter at least on an annual basis. Also, develops his staff and conducts training, including identification of training needs.
- Implements SHE SOP' s and participates in identifying and resolving potential safety environmental hazards for SHE.
- Represents all MDT1 teams at the MDT2 level. He tables ideas for Continuous Improvement (C.I.) from MDT1 teams at MDT2/3 level and Participates in the implementation of C.I. projects, under the guidance of the Production Manager.
**What Will Make You Successful,**
- Has a minimum of 3 years experiences in technical field, preferable in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- The position required to has a degree or diploma in engineering preferably in mechanical engineering.
- The position requires a recognized engineering diploma or apprenticeship certificate with minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
- Experience in handling machinery such as Wolf, Robema and Ishida is an added advantage

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hotel experience preferable
Possesses basic knowledge and know how in general repairs, fabrication, installations, operation and preventive with regards to electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, kitchen equipment, sound and BAS system, sewage plants etc. Hand on with in - depth technical knowledge with hotel operations, specifically in electrical fields
Must speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are looking for an Electrical and Automation Engineer to assist his/her manager with specialist skill in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity or Automation in the Market in line with corporate guidelines, enforcing that the specific MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.
**A day in the life of.**
+ To support and monitor capital Investments in the market from the preparation to implementation in terms of technical soundness, costs and resources ensuring the alignment with standards, flawless implementation and CQV (commissioning, qualification and verification).
+ Ensure process and equipment safety for people, products, and the environment, and that everyone demonstrates an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
+ Ensures that change management is in place to appropriately manage modifications of the solutions in his/her field of expertise and the application of the market and local MES-E&A related legislation (i.e. electrical, calibration, maintenance, etc.).
+ Ensure that MES-E&A engineers in the factories master the processes and products in order to fully support initiatives related to Innovation & Renovation and Continuous Improvement, protecting technological know-how.
+ Support the appropriate adhesion to engineering tools at site level (i.e. NSAT, NEST, AMM, etc.). Participate in local assessment concerning safety, health, environment, product safety and product quality.
+ Monitor MES-E&A impact in line efficiency and performance at the factories.
+ Execute the strategy of the market in terms of MES, Electricity and Automation in alignment with corporate standards best engineering practices.
**What Will Make You Successful,**
+ Has a minimum of 2 years in Automation or MES engineer with electrical experience.
+ Has experience in Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
+ Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably including different products and technologies in Electrical and Automation areas).
+ Participation in the start-up of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s).
+ Experience in self-management following defined KPIs/Objectives and proactively tracking them.
+ Exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution desired but not required
+ Experience in HMI/SCADA systems certification and **PLC programming** would be an added advantage

**Job Description**
+ Issue items requested by production and project department
+ Inventory & Transaction posting.
+ Storing parts in respective bin locations.
+ Issue requisition forms.
+ Receive and issue parts upon request by users.
+ Inventory control & Stock count/checking.
+ Issue material returned to supplier form and return parts to supplier.
+ Maintain cleanliness and functionality of store.
+ Key in GR in SAP.
+ Identify and clarify correctness of parts.
+ Identify slow-moving, expired shelf-life and obsolete parts for scrapping process.
+ Identify and provide equivalent parts to users.
+ Familiarise with new parts, both mechanical and electrical, electronics and instrument.
+ Submit documents to respective personnel.
+ Provide assistance to unload new equipment and heavy parts.
+ Inform respective purchaser on parts delivered
+ Liaise with purchaser on outstanding delivery
+ Liaise with purchaser on parts conformance to specifications
+ Perform any other tasks as required from time to time
**Requirements:**
+ Diploma/ higher education in any field
+ 3 years experience in storekeeping and inventory management.
+ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google sheet, google doc, google slide, SAP system is an advantage ).
+ Strong communication skills.
