Minimum qualifications required for consideration:

Preferred qualifications (additional to minimum):
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 15+ years of experience
- Strong management skills in people, stakeholders, and programs
- Experience in Silicon/Product Development, especially in HSIOs, Analog/RF IPs, and ATE testing (HDMT / V93K)
- Knowledge of DFT for Analog/IO subsystems
- Experience with Analog DV, debugging, and test/measurement equipment such as Logic Analyzers, high bandwidth scopes, and signal generators

The Drug Product Engineering – Senior Director is responsible for ensuring the availability, efficiency, and compliance of drug product manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role involves overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, driving process optimization initiatives, managing vendor relationships, supporting audits and validation activities, and contributing to overall equipment reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Lead and support technology transfer of new drug product formulations into manufacturing, ensuring robust scale-up from development to GMP production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless process implementation.
• Support selection, installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and systems used in drug product manufacturing (e.g., filling lines, lyophilizers, cappers, isolators, etc.).
• Conduct root cause investigations, process troubleshooting, and deviation resolution.
• Develop and review technical documents, including batch records, validation protocols, risk assessments (FMEA), SOPs, and engineering reports.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement using statistical tools and data analysis (e.g., CPV, Minitab).
Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA), and internal quality standards.
• Ensure all systems are operated and maintained in line with OEM guidelines.
• Collaborate with vendors for site servicing and technical support.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of equipment.
• Participate in facility upgrades, cost/energy optimization programs, and project activities.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and EHS standards during audits; close findings within timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs, checklists, history cards, and logs.
• Plan and manage team schedules, material procurement, and shift planning.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance operations such as raising, tracking, and closing work orders.
• Prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules and evaluate vendor performance.
• Authorize work permits, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Support team development, conduct technical evaluations, and identify training needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Promote a safe working environment and foster safety awareness across the team.
• Participate in internal expansion projects and ensure legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Organize external training sessions for continuous skill enhancement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by reporting managers.
Must Have Qualification
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- 15–20 years of experience in drug product (sterile/aseptic or non-sterile) manufacturing or engineering roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Proven experience in tech transfer, process validation (PPQ), and equipment qualification.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processing, fill-finish operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with parenteral products, biologics, or high-potency compounds is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The Director of Engineering will lead a team of team leads and engineers to design, architecture, implement, and facilitate the operation of large-scale cloud systems. Key Responsibilities
- Work with the senior executives business line head(s) to meet business objectives, through ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments, and making sure system architectures are future-proof.
- Lead a team of team leads to support our various missions while establishing strong lines of communication at all levels.
- Act as a hands-on coach and mentor who contributes to the development effort while helping grow your team members.
- Drive technical discovery through collaboration with your engineers and implement software alongside your team members when necessary.
- Be deeply involved in the full development lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to iterate on the design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring of our product.

About You
- Worked as a software engineer with Java or other modern programming language like Typescript, Scala or equivalent.
- Experience with REST applications and services using open-source Java Frameworks - Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data or other modern programming frameworks.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as a Code (IAAC) practice and cloud infrastructure AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems.
- NoSQL and Relational databases (We use DynamoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL).
- Experience designing and developing platform level, reusable components, including event architectures, messaging and caching (JMS, ActiveMQ, Kinesis, Apache Kafka, etc).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience building highly scalable and available distributed systems.
- Managed a team of people managers, team leads or engineers.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading technical organizations, including performance management in fast paced organizations.

About The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Engineering to lead the development and evolution of our Sitecore Experience Platform solutions. Job Overview:
The Director Project Engineering role requires comprehensive Project Engineering (Eng), Management, and business expertise. The Director Project Engineering leads through subordinate managers of managers and executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy. They direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that have implications beyond their Function. The Director Project Engineering applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance and influence customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- P rimary responsibility is to deliver engineering of large and complex SURF + SPS projects
- Instill and promote a “Safety as a Value” culture
- Administrative and technical management of the Project Engineering Department
- Establish a budget and salary plan for the department
- Identify and recruit staff for Project Engineering positions
- Maintain staffing levels appropriate to the projected workload
- Provide leadership and training for the professional development of staff
- Identify and correct performance gaps
- Maintain Company processes and procedures related to Project Execution
- Allocate resources to provide quality, on time and cost-effective deliverables for projects and proposals
- Responsible for the integrity of the work produced
- Responsible for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control
- Ensure work is being coordinated with the other departments, offices, fabrication, and construction to meet project requirements
- Ensure proactive and effective management of change
- Monitor project performance and provide input and support as required
- Participate in monthly Project Reviews
- Execute Project Engineering Assessment (PEA) for Project Engineering
- Support proposal development
- Support the Lessons Learned process and continuous improvement initiatives of the company
- Own and lead the implementation, enforcement, and verification of compliance with all McDermott policies and procedures
- Ensure employees understand their responsibility and authority to effectively implement the requirements of all McDermott policies and procedures
- Ensure the timely completion of all mandatory training by themselves and their teams
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in an engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years of Project Engineering and/or Engineering Management experience
- Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of detailed design engineering codes and standards
- Familiar with detailed engineering and design work procedures and processes
- Able to read and understand contractual documentation
- Able to effectively communicate with and lead engineers and non-engineers
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Membership in related Professional Organization(s)
- Field assignment experience
- Experience in International Projects
- Experience with multi-office (MOPEX) execution
- Experience in execution as part of a Joint Venture or Consortium Group
- Experience developing proposals and contractual documentation
- Experience acting in a PMT role for projects
- Experience in revamping (Brownfield) and grassroots (Greenfield) projects

About The Job
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the hotel's physical infrastructure and systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety. This role ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetics. The Director leads a team of engineers and technicians, managing preventive and corrective maintenance, energy conservation, project planning, and compliance with regulatory standards.
As Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the Engineering department.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, elevators, chillers)
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with minimum disruption to guests.
- Manage energy and utility usage to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems, including fire/life safety systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate the engineering team.
- Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular department meetings to ensure clear communication of goals and priorities.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
- Monitor and control expenses to align with financial goals.
- Source and manage vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Lead renovation, refurbishment, and new installation projects, coordinating with other departments and contractors.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure property compliance with brand standards and government regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and codes (e.g., electrical, plumbing, fire safety, environmental).
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to promptly address maintenance requests.
- Ensure all guest-facing facilities (e.g., air-conditioning, elevators, lighting) are functioning optimally.
- Control and supervise the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program. Check all Fire and Engineering safety features to ensure that they are functioning at peak efficiency.
- Be well versed and knowledgeable of the hotels Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the General Manager of the hotel
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues
- Be innovative, financially savvy, Connect emotionally with guest and internal customer
- 2-3 Years’ experience in a similar position in an executive committee capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, People Management Skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Well verged with technology, which helps hotel operation to take next level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical equivalent education/experience required
