About The Role
Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, solve, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects/issues, projects and system improvements.
- Work with business users/product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements; and translating requirements to system solutions.
- Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture/risk/security compliance, change management, etc.)
- Ensure system delivery meets user/system requirements, timeline and of good quality.
- Experience/Knowledge in COBOL programming is an added advantage.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Planning Executive to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory. You will ensure stock accuracy, optimize stock movements, coordinate deliveries, and support financial and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Raw Material & Finished Goods Inventory Management
- Plan, schedule, and arrange raw material replenishment for production needs.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of finished goods to fulfill customer orders.
- Apply the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) principle in stock issuance.
- Prepare Stock Transfer Orders (STO), Purchase Orders (PO), and outbound documents for deliveries and stock transfers.
- Order Fulfillment & Stock Allocation
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, Purchasing, Commercial, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Arrange and monitor deliveries from Subang & Enstek Plants or 3PL Warehouses according to customer requirements.
- Provide accurate information for export documentation to support smooth delivery processes.
- Inventory Accuracy & Reconciliation
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records between 3PL Warehouses and Tyson Malaysia plants.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Monitor weekly storage capacity to prevent overflow and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Stock Aging & Compliance Monitoring
- Track weekly stock aging reports , managing non-moving and near-expiry inventory .
- Ensure QA compliance for all raw materials and finished goods before dispatch.
- Maintain product traceability records to comply with audit and regulatory requirements .
- Financial & Reporting Support
- Assist in weekly, monthly, and annual financial closing activities related to inventory.
- Provide inventory data and reports to support decision-making.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior to support business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field .
2-3 years of experience in inventory planning, warehouse management, or supply chain operations .
Knowledge of WMS, and ERP Systems . Experience in the SAP system is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong experience in managing overall documentation control for ISO 9001 using software such asSAP, Oracle, or Agile.
- Qualification as an Internal Auditor or equivalent training for ISO 9001:2015 , with experience in assisting and supporting internal and external audits.
- Solid knowledge and experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining controlled documents (ISO 9001 documents) in theSemiconductor or EMS industry.
- Strong understanding and relevant experience in managing change management, version control, compliance, and document distribution within the context of ISO 9001 in the semiconductor or EMS industry.
- Familiarity with document control software and systems (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

About the Role:
The Engineering Change (EC) Analyst plays a critical role in managing engineering change processes for our complex, Semiconductor equipment manufacturing. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, this role ensures changes to product designs, documentation, and configurations are thoroughly evaluated, approved, and implemented with accuracy and timeliness across all relevant functions including engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for leading projects which optimize cost, quality, and schedule requirements within the Brooks Manufacturing site, assessing and deploying Continuous Improvement (CI) development plans and setting goals, responsibilities, and aligning KPI targets with site business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from initiation through release and implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments involving engineering, systems integration, production, inventory, supply chain, and quality.
- Ensure timely review and approval of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation including BOMs, assembly drawings, and configuration specifications within PLM and ERP system (e.g. Agile, Oracle).
- Lead/Facilitate the Engineering Change Review Board (ECRB) and provide detailed change analysis to stakeholders.
- Monitor ECO progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams. Act as the Malaysia site’s final Operations Execution approval.
- Partner with supply chain, production, and engineering to ensure readiness for parts or process changes, minimizing disruption to production schedules, and new product transfer transitions schedules.
- Identify and drive process improvements in the change management lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations (e.g., SEMI standards, ISO 9001 where applicable).
- Train engineering, supply chain, and production teams on EC processes and tools.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience (or higher) in an engineering change management role within the Semiconductor Equipment, Capital Machinery, or high-complexity Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle, BOM structures, and configuration management.

About the Role:
The Engineering Change (EC) Analyst plays a critical role in managing engineering change processes for our complex, Semiconductor equipment manufacturing. As a key member of our Manufacturing Engineering team, this role ensures changes to product designs, documentation, and configurations are thoroughly evaluated, approved, and implemented with accuracy and timeliness across all relevant functions including engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for leading projects which optimize cost, quality, and schedule requirements within the Brooks Manufacturing site, assessing and deploying Continuous Improvement (CI) development plans and setting goals, responsibilities, and aligning KPI targets with site business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from initiation through release and implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional impact assessments involving engineering, systems integration, production, inventory, supply chain, and quality.
- Ensure timely review and approval of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation including BOMs, assembly drawings, and configuration specifications within PLM and ERP system (e.g. Agile, Oracle).
- Lead/Facilitate the Engineering Change Review Board (ECRB) and provide detailed change analysis to stakeholders.
- Monitor ECO progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams. Act as the Malaysia site’s final Operations Execution approval.
- Partner with supply chain, production, and engineering to ensure readiness for parts or process changes, minimizing disruption to production schedules, and new product transfer transitions schedules.
- Identify and drive process improvements in the change management lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations (e.g., SEMI standards, ISO 9001 where applicable).
- Train engineering, supply chain, and production teams on EC processes and tools.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience (or higher) in an engineering change management role within the Semiconductor Equipment, Capital Machinery, or high-complexity Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle, BOM structures, and configuration management.
