+ **Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:** Identify and analyze the root causes of SSD failures, both in the field and during testing. Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring failures.
+ **Failure Analysis and Reporting:** Conduct thorough failure analysis on returned SSDs (RMA), Quality failure and Manufacturing failure in PCBA level FA.Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analysis, and proposed solutions.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality) to resolve issues. Serve as a technical interface for external customer-facing teams, providing data analysis and technical consultation. Manage escalations and communicate RMA cases to internal teams.
