  4. Supporting physical sales channels in attracting qualified digital leads.
  5. Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales, and industry experts on project management.
  6. Measuring key performance indicators of engagement marketing activities using tools like Power BI, SFDC, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and others.
  7. Identifying short- and long-term problems to improve marketing effectiveness.
  8. Managing internal stakeholders with a proactive, strategic, and convincing approach.
What you need is:
  1. A university (Master's) degree in digital marketing, e-business, business, or finance, with top-quartile results.
  2. At least 7 years of experience in digital agency or corporate digital marketing roles.

Job Description

What's the role? You drive strategic marketing communication topics at Hilti, particularly leading engagement marketing and marketing automation, working closely with colleagues in the Asia-Pacific region, market organizations, and global teams. Additionally, you serve as the strategic project lead for expanding marketing communication activities to include demand generation in the region.

What does the role involve?

Implementing engagement marketing flows in the Asia-Pacific region in coordination with nine different markets and the global marketing team.

Managing selected engagement marketing campaigns, including omni-channel customer experience, engagement, and digital messaging.

Advancing change management and strategic engagement, especially orchestrating demand generation across digital and physical channels.

Supporting physical sales channels in attracting highly qualified digital leads.

Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales, company representatives, and industry experts on project management.

Managing key performance metrics using tools like Power BI, SFDC, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Search Engine Matrix platforms, etc.

Identifying short- and long-term problems to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Managing internal stakeholders with a proactive, strategic, and convincing approach.

What you need is:

A Master’s degree in digital marketing, e-business, business, or finance with top-quartile results.

At least 7+ years of experience in digital agency or corporate digital marketing roles.

Leadership experience is a plus.

Expertise in digital marketing, marketing automation, campaigns, and digital tools (e.g., GA).

Proven experience with digital and web analytics and data tracking tools like Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution.

Strategic mindset with a focus on results.

Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience working in multicultural and diverse environments.
