Lead Waste to Energy Engineer role at Jacobs. Our APAC Energy & Power team provides end-to-end services across energy networks, thermal generation, renewable generation and storage solutions. This role focuses on consultancy and engineering in waste to energy technology, including waste management, biomass and power generation, in the APAC region.
The role includes feasibility studies, technology and feedstock assessment, concept design, and Lender’s and Owner’s Engineer services, including reviews of designs by client suppliers and contractors, and SME technical advice during construction and commissioning. We are looking for a results-oriented professional to lead strategic account development and manage relationships with end users and partners in the Power Systems space.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic account development for Schneider Electric’s Power Systems solutions across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with both end users and partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and Schneider Electric’s value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored Power Systems solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, execution) and external partners to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape account strategies and maximize growth potential.
- Lead strategic account development for Schneider Electric’s Power Systems solutions across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments.
- Manage and grow relationships with both end users and partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and Schneider Electric’s value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored Power Systems solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, execution) and external partners to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape account strategies and maximize growth potential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a strong focus on Power Systems or related.
- Proven track record in managing both direct customer relationships and partner/channel engagements.
- Deep understanding of medium and low voltage distribution systems, energy efficiency, and digital power solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities.
