- Facilitate performance marketing campaign optimization across paid search, display, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions
- Leverage analytics and performance data to make real-time adjustments, maximizing ROI and reducing customer acquisition costs
- Develop and implement multi-channel strategies that align with overall marketing goals and core audience segmentation
- Maintain detailed performance reports, identifying trends and insights to continuously improve campaigns and inform future strategies
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance
- Facilitate performance marketing agency conversations to ensure timely completion of optimization work
- Manage performance marketing budgets, making data-backed recommendations to optimize spending and improve campaign efficiency
- Previous experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion optimization, and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring that leads, clients, and partners are accurately assigned and unassigned to relevant team members in the Business Development Department
- Develop and implement CRM processes and procedures that align with company objectives and industry best practices
- Generate regular reports and provide analytics on the performance of the Business Development Department, including lead generation, trading volume generated, conversion rates, and client/partner retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, coordinating with IT and other relevant departments as needed

- Perform consolidation and analysis for monthly financial and annual business plan for Asia Pacific countries, with aim to drive business optimisation
- Monitor Asia Pacific performance at country level, with challenge to drive improvements in the countries and BU Asia

About The Job
This role is a great opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of our brand campaigns process from start to finish, including overseeing the planning, execution, and operational transition of all marketing campaigns involving brands under RPG's portfolio. The Performance Marketing Specialist orchestrates project communication, consolidates resources based on needs, drives solutions to unique integration requirements & manages timelines. This role will help us scale the team with the company.
Responsibilities
- Work with a strong team of Performance Marketeers to execute strong and innovative digital marketing strategies for RPG Apparel & Home & Living brand such as Montigo, Cosmic Cookware & More. This includes content, social, email, online advertising, SEO/SEM, PPC, link building, and other techniques to drive traffic to our eCommerce websites.
- Media planning segmented by channels / campaigns / campaigns objective / funnels.
- Drive traffic through Paid Advertising using targeting and campaign structure best practices.
- Research, identify and evaluate trends and insights for growth opportunities, and test new marketing channels and tools.
- Make strategic decisions, manage marketing budgets, develop web initiatives and execute projects on-time.
- Oversees campaign creatives and guides digital media planning and execution.
- Conceptualizes new and innovative ads and partners with the creative team for development.
- Tracks media budgets and expenses by channel.

Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and interprets Performance Management policies, procedures, and processes and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure they are updated accordingly
- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, and performance calibration sessions, in partnership with HRBPs and functional leaders.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on performance management best practices, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and fairness
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of performance management systems and tools, ensuring user-friendliness and alignment with organizational needs
- Design and deliver training sessions and presentations for leaders and employees to build understanding and capability in performance management processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to build leadership and people management capabilities
- Monitor and manage performance intervention cases, including the development of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and probation extension documentation for underperforming employees.
- Track and report on performance cycle milestones and completion rates for goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews, ensuring timely follow-through and accountability
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience related to HR, preferably with experience developing, implementing or evaluating performance management system
- Experience in Rewards would be advantageous

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Officer role based in Shah Alam. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Daily tasks include providing guidance on HR matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR Management and developing HR Policies
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and managing Employee Relations
- Skills in Job Description Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
