We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobility Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in global mobility, employee relocation, and international assignments, ensuring the smooth transition of employees across borders. As part of your role, you will oversee expatriate programs, provide support to employees during relocation, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations, tax laws, company policies, and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end mobility processes for employees on international assignments or relocations.
- Work closely with HR, legal, tax, and immigration teams to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Oversee relocation benefits, including housing, visa applications and tax equalization
- Collaborate with relocation service providers and tax consultants to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality services are delivered in line with company policies and employee expectations.
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations, tax laws, and company policies regarding international assignments and relocations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to international assignments, including visas, work permits, and assignment letters.
- Track employee mobility data and generate reports on assignment statuses, cost analysis, and program effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the mobility program to enhance efficiency, employee satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changes in immigration laws to proactively adjust the mobility program.
- Coordinate Socso application processes to ensure that employees' social security coverage and other statutory benefits are aligned with the requirements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth for Grab's mobility business through new product launches and service expansion, increasing ride bookings, and acquiring new users across the country. 50% Lead Marketing Strategy
- You will drive business growth across all target segments through acquisition and retention plans that hit business objectives and build brand loyalty.
- You are responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and optimise in between campaign activities.
- You will manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- You will manage key stakeholders within Marketing (i.e. PR, Digital Performance, Market Research, Agencies.) as well as Business and Operations teams (i.e Product, Legal, Finance, BD) to ensure best-in-class consumer experience with your campaigns.
- You will work with our marketing analytics and consumer research teams to analyse insights into how consumers and driver-partners are using our platform and translate these into innovative campaigns.
- You will lead brainstorming sessions and discussions with various stakeholders (including creative, media, and social media agencies) to develop impactful outputs that drive engagement and motivate action among consumers and driver-partners.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or relevant majors
- At least 5 years of experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, e-commerce or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns based on insights and market understanding.
- A strong portfolio showcasing experience in product launches, sales promotions, and turning insights into creative ideas.
- A keen interest in latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, with the ability to assess their potential impact on GrabCar marketing.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Employment and Personal tax compliance
- Prepare and review employer tax documents for employers ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax legislation.
- Prepare and review Malaysian individual tax returns for expatriates ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international tax legislation
- Manage tax equalisation calculations and hypothetical tax assessments for expatriates
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of personal tax returns and payments
- Provide Malaysian tax advisory services to clients regarding international tax issues including taxation treaties, foreign tax credits and double taxation relief.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient structuring of employee assignments and compensation packages
- Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries providing prompt and accurate responses
- Collaborate with clients, HR and payroll departments to gather necessary information for tax compliance
- Stay updated on global tax regulations, changes in tax laws and industry best practices
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide detailed analysis and recommendations
- Assist in the development of technical training materials and deliver training sessions to clients and internal teams
- Work closely with global Vialto team members to coordinate advice and ensure seamless service delivery
- Support senior team members in large client projects and engagements
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Work location: Kuala Lumpur/ Penang.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
