An internal growth story has created an exciting role for a HEOR Consultant based in the SEA region. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic-minded individual with strong experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), especially in the Southeast Asia healthcare landscapes. You will be a key driver in navigating the dynamic reimbursement environment and developing solutions that enable patient access to Medtronic's life-changing technologies.
The Health Economics, Policy, and Reimbursement (HEPR) function works with internal and external stakeholders including governments, payers, providers, and patients as a trusted and critical partner. The HEPR function secures funding & reimbursement, delivers economic value, shapes healthcare policy, all critical to enabling patient access to Medtronic technologies to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
Focus on Potential Growth:
+ Accelerate Reimbursement Unlocked/Access: Design and implement HEOR and economic research studies to provide evidence for product portfolio decisions, market access, and reimbursement strategies, specifically for SEA and India Subcontinent countries.
+ Patient Outcome Value Proposition: Develop economic models, value propositions, and compelling evidence to support product positioning and market access. This includes conducting HEOR analyses like cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and quality of life studies tailored to the Southeast Asian healthcare landscape.
+ Support Reimbursement Submissions: Lead the development of reimbursement dossiers and submissions to payers and health authorities in the region, ensuring alignment with the goal of unlocking access.
+ Market Access Potential Analysis: Conduct literature reviews and data analysis to identify and quantify market access potential, supporting the creation of a robust reimbursement pipeline.
+ Track Reimbursement Progress: Work closely with the SEA market access team to track and report on the progress of reimbursement submissions and initiatives, contributing to the "Tracking Dashboard of Reimbursement Pipeline" KPI.

+ Accelerate Market Access Initiatives: Support payer engagement activities by preparing presentations and materials for meetings with payers and other stakeholders, helping to accelerate market access initiatives in key markets.
+ Achieve Higher Performance: Collaborate with global and regional HEOR teams to gather updated evidence and documents, while voicing SEA HTA needs to ensure strategies are locally relevant and effective.
Execute with Excellence:
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure reimbursement strategies are aligned with clinical evidence and regulatory requirements. Add relevant health outcomes and economic endpoints to clinical trials.
+ HTA Training: Provide essential HTA training to the Market Access and commercial teams in the SEA region to build internal capabilities and ensure standardized best practices.
Build Our People:
+ Talent Development: As a subject matter expert, provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, contributing to the development of HEOR talent within the SEA GAMA team.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health-Economic and/or 10 years' experience in Healthcare industry
+ Proven experience in developing and submitting reimbursement dossiers and HTA submissions.
+ Deep knowledge of HEOR modeling techniques (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact) and the ability to apply them to the SEA context.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and literature reviews.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex HEOR concepts to diverse audiences.
+ A strong understanding of the healthcare systems and reimbursement landscape in South-East Asia and the India subcontinent is highly desirable.
+ Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) is a plus.
+ May have deep knowledge of project management.

この職種では、担当地域全体にわたって、環境・健康・安全(EHS)プログラムとイニシアチブの設計、開発、デプロイを担当していただきます。Google のデータセンター パートナー、総合請負業者、電気 / 機械系専門業者、主要インテグレーター、製造業者、コミッショニング エージェントなどと直接連携し、各プロジェクトにおける EHS プログラムとパフォーマンスの向上を推進します。また、潜在的なベンダーの事前資格評価、プロジェクト マニュアルの更新、EHS の方針や安全基準の周知も行います。計画、リスク軽減、納期厳守に携わります。一連のパフォーマンス指標の策定と追跡、得られた教訓を踏まえたベスト プラクティスの開発と実施を行い、組織が効率的にスケールできるよう、定期的にステークホルダーへ報告します。
データセンター チームは、世界でも有数の性能を持つ電気システムおよび空調システムの設計と運用を担当しています。メンバーは、明るく創造的なエンジニア チームの一員として、強力なデータセンターの設計と運用に協力して取り組んでいます。
**Responsibilities**
+ 担当エリアの建設、監督、データ収集活動に関する EHS プログラムの策定と運用を主導する。
+ 請負業者がプログラムの安全パフォーマンスの目標と契約要件を確実に満たし、発生した問題に迅速に対応できるようにする。
+ 建設プロジェクト チームを監視、指導、支援し、人や環境を保護するとともにコンプライアンスを確保する。
+ 継続的な学習アプローチを取り入れ、目標や目的などの組織戦略に沿った文化の醸成を推進する。
+ 建設 EHS チームと連携して、ベスト プラクティスの完全な実施、進捗状況のタイムリーな報告、傾向とデータの把握と分析、許容レベルまでのリスク軽減を確実に行い、稼働中のデータセンターの運用能力が損なわれないようにする。
